The room was spacious, clean, with all the amenities... and spectacular ocean views

Eurostars Cidade da Coruna is situated on the large peninsula that houses the Tower of Hercules and all the modern sculptures. As such, it’s in a peaceful area close to the many paths and walking trails of the peninsula, and the sea views are fantastic. We found the hotel with no difficulty and were surprised and delighted to find that there was lots of available free parking out front. The car park looks like a hotel car park but is actually a free, public car park, and in the three days that we were here, there were always available spaces. But if you are unlucky, there was also lots of available street parking. Our room here is described as a Premium room, and is in fact a suite with a nice spacious lounge area and large bedroom. It also has a sea view which, from our 7th floor location, is pretty extensive. From a decor and furnishings perspective the styling is old fashioned, redolent of the 70s with dark brown floors and wooden furniture. It is however in good condition, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast here is a buffet and is very extensive, and includes scrambled eggs, bacon etc. All items were refreshed regularly and the breakfast we had here were as good as other hotel breakfast we had anywhere on this trip. The hotel is a good 30 minute walk to the main areas of the city centre, but be aware that the first part of the walk is up quite a steep hill. We are both pensioners however and managed it perfectly well. We enjoyed our stay here and consider this hotel to be very good quality and excellent value for money. The staff were all welcoming and attentive and we would certainly stay here again.

I took a weekday offer, super cheap and the hotel is great, super comfortable bed, very clean, with amazing views, in a very quiet area and you can walk to the center in 25' and if not there is a bus next door. You can park on the street without problem

The hotel is very good, we ask for sea views and a wonder. What I did not like is that on certain Christmas days (the most important), they did not open the cafeteria or the restaurant at night, I find it unpresentable for a 4 star hotel, especially in a secluded area of the city, which makes it quieter, all this without notifying you when I made the reservation. Another thing I didn’t like, was that there were 3 of us and as a detail they left us 1 bottle of water and 1 individual panetone (for three), honestly, better not to leave anything

Very nice and quiet hotel. The staff is super friendly especially mention Tana (Receptionist) and Andreia (waitress) a great deal we received from them. The waiter who was at breakfast was also very nice. Very clean hotel and super comfortable beds. If we return to Coruña we will not hesitate to stay there again.

Hotel with Eurostar conditions, but a little away from the center of La Coruña. Comfortable and good Service is even fine if you want to take a walk in the area.

Not quite sure how this is a four star hotel. Our room was ok but more basic (the bathroom especially) than we expected. There were no added comforts as such (kettle, cups, tea/coffee, slippers, bath robes) and the towels were worn, one with a pretty big hole in it. We were surprised also that there was no swimming pool. We didn’t pay an extra £25 per night for a sea view and our room therefore looked out over the car park, which was really noisy throughout the night. The hotel is located a good 30 mins walk to the old town but it’s a nice walk along the coastal path. The breakfast was pretty good - a large buffet which was replenished regularly.

Fine hotel and care. It has everything, perfect rooms, good taste, in the port of Coruña a step away from everything. We had the room towards the square, q are the gardens of Méndez Nuñez, quiet and very good view. The hotel has access from the front and back, which is perfect and comfortable. The center and the whole old city is one step away. Very good experience.

Listening and empathizing are important; failure to do so does not help you understand a client's feelings when faced with a serious problem, nor does it encourage cooperation to resolve a conflict.
