Occidental Murcia Agalia

Terrible customer service and inflexibility regarding force majeure. We had a reservation for October 17th, but due to the official alert and the weather emergency in the Valencian Community, it was completely impossible to travel for safety reasons and because of official travel recommendations. We notified them in advance to inform them of the situation and give them time to put the room back on sale. However, they didn't bother to respond until today, when the deadline had already passed and it was impossible to take any further action. Despite this being a force majeure event beyond our control, they refuse to refund our money. The only "solution" they offer is a change of dates, ignoring that the trip was for a specific occasion and we have no intention or plan to return to the area. It is unacceptable that they keep the money for a service not used due to a public emergency, and even more so given their delayed responses to messages. A complete lack of empathy and consideration for the customer. Not recommended at all.

Very nice room, good service.

The hotel is located among many others. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean, of course. However, the service, especially at reception, is wonderful. I had a scheduling issue, and they resolved it with incredible help. I can only offer my sincerest thanks to the receptionist, and I would definitely return.

They provide a welcome gift of biscuits and cold water. The room was spacious, with good natural light, a comfortable bed, and plenty of pillows for a good night's sleep. The bathroom is also spacious with ample counter space for your belongings, and it has a bidet and a bathtub. The problem is that the shower is positioned within the bathtub, making bathing difficult. I'm petite in every way, and I found the space cramped; my arms bump against the hose and faucets, which are very close to my face and shoulders. Furthermore, you have to shower over the drain hole, which is awkward. As for cleanliness, it was very good. The bed linens and towels were adequate. You can hear the neighbors in the next room; how quiet it is will depend on who you're sitting next to. The facilities, in general, are fine. They might be at a point where they could use some renovation. There's a small pool and a large parking lot because it belongs to the neighboring shopping center. There's a Mercadona supermarket right next door. Lemonade is available at reception to refresh you. We walked to the center without any problems and it took us about half an hour, no rush.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, very nice bathroom, and a large window. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the center, a 30-minute walk. There's a Mercadona supermarket downstairs.

Very good hotel, large smart TV, comfortable beds, window, sofa, mini fridge, I recommend going

Highly recommended! Excellent service from the staff, very comfortable room, a fantastic rooftop pool, and a delicious breakfast. I'll definitely be back.
