La Raya and the Charco de la Pava, on the Isla de la Cartuja, are the outdoor area most often named by Spanish gay sources. Togayther's guide lists La Raya (updated March 2026), and reports in September 2026 described the Charco de la Pava as a cruising hotspot. We don't publish directions or times for outdoor spots. Safety is the real issue. In June 2026 a man was stabbed here after a sexual proposition was refused, and Policía Nacional arrested the suspect for attempted homicide. Sex in a public place can be fined €100 to €600 (Ley Orgánica 4/2015, art. 37.5), and obscene exposure in front of minors is a crime (Penal Code art. 185). The Cube, Hispalis, El Bunker and The Boyz are legal indoor alternatives.
