A very central place to stay. Near the train station and near the town centre with plenty of shops and restaurants

Great service! Good value for money

We've been going there for two years now. For the peace and quiet and the friendliness of the staff. Very clean rooms.

Our stay here was great, no complaints about anything. The breakfast was brilliant and it’s located in a great area. We were really impressed with the service from the staff, particularly Aziz from the rooftop bar, he was absolutely brilliant and a really nice guy!

Everything was fine, except for the breakfast. Besides being poor, the waiters seemed to be working in an industrial park bar because of the way they worked, practically "singing" while serving... :(

The service and food were very good; perhaps some of the facilities need updating.

This was a horrible experince. Arriving at this "4 stars" hotel was a tremendous shock as they refused to take my luggage and assit me to the 7th floor despite myself having a medical condition. This was told to them beforehand. Once in the room, nothing in the bar fridge, not even water. There were ants in the bathroom, towels and sink. Air conditioner filter was extremely dirty, to which it was so dirty it broke down and was without aircon in the middle of July. Television was also not working. Lastly getting back a towel for the beach was such an ordeal as well, poor system. I asked to speak to a manager to which they said there was not one to speak to. They said the manager das not exist. PIERRE & VACANCES is a "stone" I felt humiliated and have since been corresponding with the hotel which has been awful. They have recognised that they have made some mistakes, and offered me two bottles of prosecco and tried to compensate by inviting me back in the off season. I will not. Never again. Thank you
