ibis London Luton Airport

First of all location is about 10 mins away from the airport which is decent. Staff are friendly upon arrival . It was all clean . However they issued us with a room without a workable flush which is totally unacceptable. They did give us a hot chocolate as a gesture to say sorry which was acceptable and we were grateful for . As a first stay at an ibis hotel I won’t be rushing back.

Value for money and everything you need for a perfect stay. Great service too. Kudos to David for his friendly and helpful service.

We received a friendly welcome when we arrived and the rooms were clean and tidy. As we arrived relatively early, we had a few drinks in the bar and food. The atmosphere in the bar was very laid back, again lovely staff. Food and drinks were very good value considering the location. Breakfast was only £10 when booked at check-in and plentiful - David was very attentive. The only gripes we had were with the room: there are only two pillows and no extra in the room, and you have to move the tea making facilities across the room to the plug, but those are very petty gripes. On the whole, excellent value and will be using again.

the team at the Ibis are exceptionally friendly and accommodating we asked for filtered water as from scotland we are used to fresh tap water but didn’t want to risk it in luton - jose provided us with water for free at breakfast David was amazingly calm as he diverted another female guest away from our table she presented as loud opinionated and full of her “aristocratic self proclaimed views “David was lovely we would recommend this hotel and team and would stay again

Avoid at all costs, you can't rely on your booking. Despite checking with the hotel that I could arrive in the early hours after the morning after a late flight, on arrival my room had been resold. Disgusting that I have to pay when they have sold the room twice. Pick one of the other hotels, it's not worth the risk. Hotel overall was in a poor state of repair and dirty throughout. Night staff service was extremely poor.

Martina at the front desk gave us amazing customer service and made us feel really welcome for our stay. Would definitely stay again :)

The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the airport The room was beautifully clean, bed very comfortable and shower excellent Alex on reception was beyond helpful a real credit to the hotel. Charming and patient A great place to stay before a flight

Amazing staff, the rooms are clean and tidy. I had absolutely amazing service from Martyna,Maddy Sinead and Kiran. Absolutely amazing service. Highly recommended.
