Faye she was wonderful host and exceptionally helpful, amazing customer service from her and also at the reception the person named Sai he was very kind and helpful, also the food was great and loved the chicken burger.

Excellent hotel very clean and tidy, staff are very welcoming and helpful. Great facilities, nice gym and great pool. Stayed a few nights and Sitesh at the bar was very helpful with meals drinks and helping out. Great service!! Breakfast and meals are very tasty 😬

Rooms very nice and comfy bed, pool and sauna just what you need to relax after a hard day. Excellent service from the staff espically Sitesh who advised us the best food and kept us watered through the evening.

Great hotel, friendly, helpful staff, clean, spacious rooms. Gym, pool, and sauna available from morning until 10 p.m. Free parking for guests. Delicious breakfast with a wide selection. I recommend it.

The main reception area and restaurant is lovely. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food was very good. The rooms need updating (which we understand is due to commence) but beds were comfortable.

This hotel is absolutely amazing they are a lady called Karen she is amazing she is so helpful and kind so are the other staff but I definitely recommend

Sitesh and the team have always been very attentive, professional and efficient. I have been staying at the Novotel for a while now and it is always a pleasure to be here.
