Premier Inn Plymouth City Centre (Sutton Harbour)

Really nice venue staff where very friendly Imon especially he always had a smile on face welcoming myself and others highly recommend the hotel

Breakfast was good apart from one rude staff member who took it upon herself to be rude to me on my birthday! Rooms were ok. Location was a bit away from the centre but not too far.

I had a wonderful 1-night stay at Premier Inn Plymouth Sutton Harbour.My room was very clean and quiet. A special thank you to DM Mash at the front desk and helping me with local restaurant tips. Mash doing grate job , he served me before in different Premier Inn Hotel and he was absolutely amazing, well done Mash . Definitely coming back here again . See you soon guys...... thanks A.

I initially checked into the Premier In here for two night but unfortunately had an accident whilst out and about in Plymouth and have been unable to walk so have extended my stay. Firstly, this hotel is excellent value for money, the location is great and the facilities are amazing. Parking is a good price as well as food and drink. What has stood out for me being stuck her unable to walk is how amazing the staff is here. Unable to walk, every single staff member has gone out of their way, over and above to help me and have been concerned for my welfare. I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world including 6 star and I can honestly say, the genuineness and helpfulness of the people here has blown me away, from carrying and fetching for me and also including trying to get me downstairs and in a taxi to get to the hospital. A huge call out to all the staff from management though to housekeeping who have taken a bad experience and made it bearable. If you are coming to Plymouth, for cost, amenities and service you cannot beat this hotel and I look forward to my next visit (the next time fully mobile!)

Location good, staff, brilliant. Clean and comfortable beds, normal premier inn standard. Breakfast was disappointing, important to manage volume of people and demand. Could have been having a bad day.

Room 104 is incredibly noisy. Staying here and it sounds like a staff room or something above, been trying to drift off for two hours and it just doesn’t stop, have complained about other things, one was being told that there were two people on my room ! Another time, black mould being pumped out of the aircon unit, No one listens , time to find another regular hotel.

Yet another appalling stay at one of these brand hotels. I have a company premier card so I’m forced to stay at these dumps! I expect low standards and I’m rarely disappointed! The room was prepared but had a clear head imprint in the pillow and the duvet was towels back? The window was wide open with freezing air blowing in. Kettle was half full and the toilet had yellow piss in it? The bath area is covered in long-time growing mould and the basin mixer barely worked. I paid for a PLUS room (331) the fridge didn’t work at all but was filthy with dirty water on the shelf and live wires hanging down. The window has a bar straight through the centre which halts any attempt to see the view. Whilst we talk about the view… I was told it had a sea view. No? It doesn’t ? You can see a small part of a small harbour but a whole host of warehouses, units, factories and scrubland, but definitely NO SEAVIEW? If you look the geographical location, the sea isn’t even close? Overall, including the urine in the uncleaned toilet and the mould…. Another dump! Stay anywhere else other than Premier. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. When I complained….. Not interested!
