Esplendor by Wyndham Plaza Francia

Excellent location. The concierge and the lady serving breakfast were very friendly. Very good breakfast service. Wyndham should pay more attention to maintenance and staff details. The cleaning staff could be heard talking very loudly outside the room at 7 AM this Sunday. In the room we were given (702), the toilet wouldn't flush because the water button was broken. There was also no brush or anything to clean it with. When showering, water leaked through the shower screen and got wet in the bathroom, which had damp stains on the wall. The TV cable system didn't allow us to connect to our own streaming account, and there was no program guide to see show times. I would stay again because of the location.
