I went to spend my birthday at the hotel and it was one of the best decisions I made. The friendliness of the staff at reception and in the restaurant was outstanding. My room was the Deluxe and I was delighted with every detail. Maria de Fe's massages are extraordinary; she is very kind and exudes tranquility. Without a doubt, it's a hotel I recommend and would choose again.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week. We absolutely loved the service and complementary breakfast that they serviced in the morning. I have nothing but great things to say about the hotel. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Highly recommend! The experience was absolutely wonderful, the breakfast was very complete, and the rooms were beautiful. I especially want to highlight the attention from the receptionists; they were attentive to every detail.

I went to the restaurant, the service was bad, there were tables available and because I didn't have a reservation they turned my daughter and me away.

We loved everything about the spa! ✨ The service was impeccable. The place was beautiful. Natalí's massages were very relaxing.
