Hotel Caiçara

Old hotel, in a good location, with a spacious reception and excellent service, but in need of small repairs and maintenance. Enxoval worn out by the time of use, but clean, mattress urgently need to be changed (at the time of the reservation I requested a firm, at the check in I was informed that I put a new one, but must have been the least old, since I am thin and drowned in it. For those who like to enjoy the pool, it is good and with space in its surroundings that could be best utilized with armchairs, sun lounge, etc because the environment is quite nice. The car park is in front of the hotel, in a super quiet space, the room is spacious, very good cleanliness, bathroom with a good shower, excellent and varied breakfast, and can change the supplier of bread, as they are sleepy and consequently tough. The staff are the "cake cherry": super attentive and helpful, especially those at the reception. I liked my stay quite a bit, however, the extremely worn mattress, the old enxoval, and the noise of the air conditioning are points that would make me rethink a possible return. As mentioned earlier, the hotel has a very good structure, but only needs small adjustments to offer its full potential.

My experience at Hotel Caiçara was great, but with small reservations. Note 10 for: cordiality and promptness of the attendants, breakfast (varied and delicious), cleanliness and organization of the environments, excellent location (very close to the beach of Tambaú, good restaurants, confectionery, pharmacy, etc.). Note 9 for the academy. It's good, compact, but I felt a lack of mattresses, cans and maintenance in some equipment. Note 8: the room where I stayed was very good, spacious, well ventilated, excellent mattresses, bed linen and bath towels of great quality, great shower. However, the noise of the air conditioning and the LED light (which did not extinguish) bothered at bedtime. The same note applies to parking because it is outdoors. Note 7.5 for the elevator question: there is only 1 social elevator, so it is common to have a queue to climb. Note 5 for the internet: we were on the 4th floor and the wi-fi signal was very bad.

Good structure and good location.

I stayed at Hotel Caiçara in João Pessoa. The hotel is good, mainly for the rooms that are large and comfortable. The breakfast is very varied per day. The staff are attentive. The attendant Sandy, from the reception in particular, was extremely kind and always willing to help. Overall, the service was very good. The location is not the best for those who want to stay close to the beach, so it may not be the best choice for those who want to do everything on foot by the shore. Stay in Tambau. Regarding the cleaning, in a few days it was necessary to ask for the room to be clean, as we arrived in the middle of the afternoon and was not ready. That was a little uncomfortable. Overall, it is a good hotel, but with some points to improve.

I say they have the best receptionist for sure, I forgot to ask her name, but she every time I went to the hotel was super attentive. Also in the pool area had the assistant Erik (I think that's his name) was very cordial and served super well. The other staff are also very attentive and polite, the breakfast is well varied and on Sundays is the best day, the dry meat is a delight. Hotel provided towel for the pool and had a warm blanket to sleep. A lot of advantage also for tourists, as you can buy tour packages in the hotel itself. Benefit also of free parking

It's the third time my family and I stayed at this hotel. Comfortable. Great location. Good morning coffee. Cleaning always punctual. Excellent staff education. I indicate and always return to João Pessoa having a return opportunity to host me.

Then, I had a.operational problem, which I tried to solve as hotels.com, and I couldn't, so I contacted Jotel Caicara and in less than 24 hours the pending was already resolved. Efficiency and tourism must walk together. When we do tourism we want peace and not war. I loved the hotel! It's two blocks from the beach and from all the concentration of attractions. The hotel has extensive reception and we were already welcomed by Jonathan, who was amazing, polite and friendly, gave us tips and helped with check-in. The rooms are very good, some with balconies. All air conditioned with control. Spacious apartments, with countertop, chairs, cabinets, sockets, very well lit and clean. Bathroom with temperature adjustment in the shower, toilet shower and hairdryer. A sensational breakfast, a dried meat dissolved in butter that I will never forget, the very friendly and attentive girls. The hotel is not new, but everything is perfectly preserved and in place. Look, the hotel surprised me! I found it great! The pool area is perfectaa! I will return and recommend 100%!!

Super well located hotel, wonderful staff, super attentive but there is a lot to be repaired! Breakfast is quite complete but for those who stay more days becomes nauseous, pq do not change, one day is a menu and the other day change some details returning the same menu to the next day, so it becomes ENJOYABLE for a 7 day stay! Cleaning the room the first time I asked left to wish the maid entered and just wrapped up my bed, neither passed a cloth in the room, nor passed through the bathroom! Air conditioning cools well more makes a noise than for those who have a light sleep obstacle! More ameniiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii the hotel location, the pool area very good! I just think they could take a look at the reviews pq the "reclamations" are always the same and it seems that they do nothing to improve!
