Garbos Trade Hotel

Garbos is a four-star hotel in Mossoró, being one of the best in providing service in the city. There is a good variety of accommodation in the hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean, counting with many amenities in the accommodation. The only reservation I make is about the quality of the pillows, they leave much to be desired. Employees are efficient, but not friendly. Hotel rates are good for what is offered by the hotel, in addition to having a good breakfast with many cold, hot options and drinks. The hotel also operates a restaurant with good a la carte dishes on the menu. Garbos offers a swimming pool with recreational area, gym and toy school. The hotel also offers free parking for guests. Anyway, a good hotel to stay in Mossoró.

It was a quick accommodation, but we were very well served! The whole staff is very attentive, how wonderful, well spacious, the bed is quite large I loved, the bathroom is quite spacious too, the breakfast is wonderful, has many options, has an option for those who have intolerance, you can order omelet, tapioca, everything very delicious 😋 Super recommend.

Excellent hotel, meets everything that is proposed, polite staff, basic but good quality breakfast, private parking, leisure area, and restaurant available with varied menu, the beds are comfortable and very clean structure. Unique against time was that there was a lack of water at the moment I was taking a bath and it took a long time to resolve, but it was something punctual and resolved.

This was a nice hotel, but the location was a bit isolated. The rooms were a little tired, but the staff was amazing and did everything to accomodate. The pool area was nice, and poolside service was good. There were lots of things for kids and families to do in the pool area. Staff was friendly. The workout area was OK, some of the machines were a little tired. I would recommend staying here, it is safe and walkable, but you need to take a cab for anywhere exciting.

Great service, very cozy hotel, great breakfast. Only the shower was not good and needed maintenance. The bathroom shower also needs maintenance, otherwise everything is great. It's an excellent place to go with children. It has toys and a swimming pool. I recommend.

The hydraulic structure of the apartments urgently needs maintenance. Electric shower doesn't heat properly and sink faucet was faulty. In the bathroom, there is no shower stall and after taking a shower the floor in this room is completely wet. Not to mention how difficult it is to close the door to this environment. The hotel's swimming pool looks like it is not cleaned regularly. Breakfast is good and the waiters are attentive. The reception service needs to improve in terms of friendliness towards guests. The person who helped me at checkout was so laconic and serious with me that I had the impression that I was offending her by leaving the hotel. The maids, in their simplicity, were much nicer to me than this receptionist from whom one normally expects more empathy. And I cannot fail to mention the valuable attention of the employee named Elias.

Hotel does not worry about carrying out maintenance. Uncomfortable beds. The door was getting stuck, the toilet wasn't flushing properly. Minibar not cooling due to faulty socket. We don't like it. However, the breakfast is good and the staff are attentive.

This was my first time to Brazil and was a little apprehensive of what to expect. As it was a business trip I was keen to stay in a comfortable hotel as I knew I would be working long hours and I just needed a good hotel to come back to at the end of each day. The Garbos Trade Hotel did not disappoint! The staff were very friendly despite me not speaking the language, the room and bed was spacious and comfortable. Although it was adequately decorated and to be fair could do with bring up to the 21 century, it did have a nice feel to the place. Thank you Garbos for being what I needed. Regards Jon

Stayed here on a flying visit to Mossoro. Hotel was comfortable, clean and throw in decent free wifi and a decent breakfast selection, meaning it's ideal for the business traveller for a restful night.

If you ever find yourself in a place called Mossoro, Brazil - Garbos is the place to stay for you. For me its by far the best hotel in Mossoro - hands down. Large rooms - business like with a good size work station - its not a Hilton - but its not a IBIS either. Food is good and staff are friendly - its worth a try if you ever come here.
