Terrible service, the manager didn't make it easy to get to the room even when it was empty. My husband left Recife to pick up the children but was out of the room until noon. Some people don't know how to work with people; in terms of empathy, this hotel doesn't know what it means. I'll never set foot in this hotel again.

The building is old and poorly maintained. The hallway carpets smell bad. The breakfast is expensive and very bad; it's not worth it.
