Hotel Dan Inn Express Porto Alegre By Nacional Inn
Visitors frequently praise the hotel's excellent location in the city center and the attentive, friendly staff. However, many guests complain about the building's age and poor condition, citing issues like old and noisy air conditioning, a lack of electrical outlets, and even the presence of cockroaches, though some acknowledge the price reflects these issues.

I'm only giving it one star because of Paulo at reception, who skillfully resolved many of our problems! The hotel is terrible! I recommend staying far away!
My experience was extremely disappointing. I made a reservation at the Nacional Inn expecting to find the quality standard presented at the time of booking, but I was directed to the Dan Inn, which belongs to the same group but has a much inferior structure. The rooms were in unsatisfactory condition, with several apparent signs of lack of maintenance and upkeep. The quality of the accommodation was far below what I expected and what was initially contracted. The situation was so uncomfortable that I chose to change hotels to have a proper stay. I believe that when relocating guests to another unit, the group should guarantee a standard equivalent to or higher than the one reserved, which definitely did not happen in my case. Unfortunately, my experience was very negative and I hope that the management will review both the conditions of the structure and the guest relocation policy.
Excellent hotel location and service! Very good breakfast and great service.
The breakfast is well-served, offers variety, and Kelly's service was sensational.
A pleasant experience, excellent service provided by Kelly.
I thought the coffee was great, I wish it had salami and bacon… I loved the service from Dona Kelly.
It was excellent, the girls were very polite, it's worth it. Kelly
