Phisicus 21 Sauna

My personal opinion is that the place is nice and the staff is very professional; however, the showers and bathrooms are not very pleasant, and that jacuzzi really needs to be put back into working order as it looks out of place and neglected.

Good facilities, I give 3 stars for the service. The last two times I've been, they seem angry and provide very mediocre service, as if they're just trying to talk.

MY HONEST OPINION AS A YOUNG PERSON WHO WENT AND NEVER RETURNED The place has some good points, but honestly, the way they treat young people leaves a lot to be desired. • YOU GO THERE TO BUY SOMETHING, NOT TO GET FREE THINGS I always bought the snacks they sell, which, to be honest, are cheap and good. But what's the point of buying things if they end up making you feel like you're bothering them? • REQUESTING A SONG IS IMPOSSIBLE At the reception desk, they always say the same thing: "It's not possible, that's not the program." That's incredibly discouraging. You ask for just one song, something youthful to liven things up, and they won't even play that. So why do they want young people there if they can't even grant a simple request? • THEY SHOULD SEE IT THE OTHER WAY AROUND: MUSIC WOULD HELP IMPROVE THE ATMOSPHERE If a young person arrives, buys something, gets snacks, and then requests a modern song to liven up the night, the logical thing to do would be to support them, not shut them out. • WITH THAT ATTITUDE, ALL THEY'RE DOING IS DRIVING YOUNG PEOPLE AWAY And it's a shame, because the place could have a great atmosphere if they were a little more flexible and open, at least to keep customers happy. • THE OLDER CUSTOMERS ARE THE PRIORITY, NOT YOUNG PEOPLE And if that's the approach, okay, but then do it right: — At the very least, require them to shower before entering, because there are several men who come in smelling terrible, and you pay to have a good time, not to put up with unpleasant odors. I didn't go back because it's hard to feel comfortable like that. If they want young people, they should start with the basics: current music when requested, a more open approach, and an atmosphere that doesn't scare them away.

Excellent place. The prices are very good, especially compared to my city, Bogotá, where places tend to be smaller and much more expensive. This is a spacious place with a great atmosphere. I went early Saturday morning and the experience was amazing. Highly recommended.
