Visitors frequently praise the hotel's excellent downtown location, making it easy to walk to restaurants and attractions, and commend the clean rooms and delicious complimentary breakfast. However, common complaints include an inconvenient and confusing building layout with limited parking, and some rooms have outdated features or issues with water temperature and drainage.

この場所について Quality Suites Historic Downtown

Quality Suites Historic Downtown is a mainstream Choice Hotels property on West 8th Avenue in downtown Anchorage. It is listed here as gay-friendly, not a gay venue. Rooms are standard chain suites, and the website listing now appears under the Quality Inn brand, so check the current name when booking. The location is walkable: the Delaney Park Strip is a block away and the shops and restaurants of Fourth Avenue are a few minutes north. The Coastal Trail starts nearby. Reviews are middling (3.8 from about 270). Summer is peak season in Anchorage, so book early for June to August.
