Underground Niteclub

Underground Niteclub at 274 Delaware Avenue, where downtown meets Allentown, has been a gay bar since the 1970s. It closed in 2018 after a lease dispute and reopened in early 2026 under new owner Marty Crawford (WIVB). It now opens Tuesday to Saturday, 2pm to 2am. Drag shows run on the first and third Fridays of the month and karaoke on Thursdays. Despite the name it's a basement-style dive bar more than a big club, with a mixed, mostly local crowd.
