Great place to stay

The hotel lived up to the Hyatt experience and the staff was great. But be aware the location downtown comes with some considerations. First, I was surprised that parking was not included. You can pay to valet in a few spots that are covered at the entry. Or you can use a free garage across the street or a paid surface lot nearby. The garage across the street is above a bus station and as such I did not feel comfortable leaving my car and belongings there or in the surface lot. There was a lot of concerning foot traffic in the area. Just something to consider, specially if traveling with family/kids, or with a vehicle or gear (camping gear, bikes, etc) you are concerned about.

Poor service but good location

very convenient location, decent-ish rooms (generally okay), but not the best amenities. none of their floors have working water machines, and there’s 4 floors that have these machines. good for if you just need a nearby place to sleep, and not much more

The hotel was extremely nice and comfy. Not many people at the pool/hot tub which was nice. The receptionist was very outgoing and immediately made us felt welcomed. Breakfast was good but quite busy. We only stayed one night but it looked like there was a ton of stuff within walking distance.
