What a fantastic hotel!! The room with a king-size bed, a bathtub in the living room in front of the fireplace, and a garage door as a window on the 4th floor was so stylish, cozy, and spacious. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely stay at this hotel!!

The Kinship is one of a kind in the Springs. Great style and vibe. Warm and helpful staff. Great restaurant. Central location.

Highlights: The Room is really nice. The bed is comfortable. We were able to check in a bit early. Were were able to check out late at Noon. Good food options we can order from our room. We ordered The Breakfast Homoe sandwich and it was delicious. No card keys just a pin to get in and out. Lowlights: and why it is a 4 instead of a 5 You have to pay for parking. The garage door in the room is a nice touch but when you room is off the main street it is awful for noise. Lots of traffic.

This was an upscale stay for couples to relax don't have to go anywhere the food is good downstairs, with a bar, private outdoor patio. The best was the room experience overall if your staying in.

We had our wedding at Kinship Landing and truly could not have asked for a better experience! 🤍 From the planning process all the way through our wedding day, Lauren and the entire team were amazing. Lauren was incredibly patient with all of my questions, last minute details, changes, and everything that comes with planning a wedding. She always made sure we had what we needed and helped make the whole process feel so much easier. On the wedding day, everything came together beautifully. The space was perfect for our intimate wedding, the team was so helpful, and we were actually able to relax and enjoy the night with our family instead of worrying about every little detail. We are so happy we chose Kinship Landing for such an important day in our lives. Thank you Lauren and the entire Kinship team for helping make our wedding so special. We will always remember it!

Great newer boutique hotel in the heart of Colorado Springs. Hotel and rooms were new, clean and comfortable. We were close so everything. Parking was convenient as well. Would stay again!

We had such a wonderful stay! The room was beautiful and the food was amazing (the fried cauliflower was delicious). The staff made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Kimberly was especially sweet! You could tell she genuinely loves her job. It really says something about management when employees are this happy and it shows in how they treat their guests. There was such great energy throughout the entire hotel, with beautiful details everywhere. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back!

I was hoping to keep this a secret, but chances are you Will hear it from someone else so I'd rather you hear it from me. This place is fabulous, it is a full service hotel, with a bar, restaurant, coffee shop and very uniquely staffed. You walk in thinking you're going to a coffee shop and right behind the coffee station is the chicken guest services desk. The rooms are fun. We stayed in a junior suite which is a queen bed with a bunk bed over it and it felt like we were camping. I think the rooms are small for a reason. However, they're very clean, compact and everything you need except a clock which you don't need anyway because you're on vacation. So if you're in the Colorado springs area and you want to avoid the roadside motels, look at the kinship, I think you'll love it here.

Cool hotel, I loved the location and overall aesthetic of the place. The room was the perfect size for us and comfortable bed. Hotel was superrrr close to Garden of the Gods, we were able to see the sunrise there without much of a drive. The onsite restaurant for breakfast was delicious! Walking distance from other restaurants, local grocery store and coffee shop too! 🧡

Interesting little hotel. My wife and I stayed here for one night commuting through the city and had a generally nice time. Paid parking was unfortunate but we get it, it's kind of in the city. On check in we had to wait around the front desk for about 15 minutes for someone to show up but not a huge deal. Room was comfortable and very clean, only reason this gets 4 stars is the noise. Again, I get it, it's on a big main road and we had a room overlooking the street, but perhaps invest in some better sound proofing on the windows. Not just the loud cars and bikes outside but the hallways were very loud most of the night. Had earplugs but still had a very restless night of sleep.
