The Crawford Hotel

Stayed here in September. While the hotel itself is nice, the rooms were clean, and the location inside Union Station is convenient, the service was consistently disappointing. Simple housekeeping requests—like extra coffee pods and clean towels—routinely took over an hour to arrive. On one day, our room wasn't made up until after 6:00 PM, and only after having to call the front desk twice to follow up. Overall, the property has solid potential and great aesthetics, but the level of service simply does not match a true 5-star hotel standard.

We’ve been there twice and loved the hotel, area, and everything near it. But what really sets it apart for us is the service. All of the staff is wonderful and super friendly and helpful. Katrina was the best during our stay! Highly recommend this place to anyone coming to visit in Denver.

I stayed here for several nights to see Bocelli at Red Rocks. The hotel itself is great. But, you’re gonna bill yourself as five star, then have water in the room. That being said, the Art Deco aesthetic is awesome. Sav did a great job at answering all of our questions and leading us in the right direction. The location cannot be beat. Overall, I highly recommend.

Location is GREAT if catching a Rockies game. Very easy walk to the park. Many choices of foods very near by. In the hotel at Union City, you’ll find good food options as well. Our room was great, although housekeeping missed cleaning the toilet. Will gladly stay again.

After a very rough start and numerous calls to the front desk Alicia stepped in and took care of the situation. Because of her our stay at The Crawford Hotel has become what I expected it to be. Her customer service has been excellent.

We paid $900 a night for this hotel, and the experience was a complete disappointment. At check-in, the staff member was unwelcoming and rude. To make matters worse, we were charged an extra $200 per night for a 'suite' that was nothing more than a staircase leading to a tiny nook. The room quality was unacceptable for the price. We were given cheap synthetic pillows and blankets, and despite booking for two guests, the bathroom contained only one bathrobe. When we ordered breakfast, we had to call back and forth repeatedly, only for the food to arrive with plastic silverware. On top of that, the unsightly wallpaper on the ceiling made the space feel far from relaxing. While the location is central, the lack of a passenger drop-off zone makes getting an Uber a complete ordeal. For $900 a night, the cheap quality and poor service make this the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I strongly advise staying elsewhere.
