Sioux Falls Pride

The housekeepers daughter and her friends keyed my vehicle that was there. Worst hotel ever and apparently I was parked in the blind spot on there camera’s. Don’t stay there your vehicle will be ruined by a bunch of kids that live there.

All service is conducted by phone. The phone in the lobby (?) sometimes goes to a voicemail, sometimes to a live person. Same for the phone in the room. The tv wasn't working properly the first night. It was fixed by the second, although our keys didn't work and we waited a very long time for someone to come and let us in the room. Nothing in the entire stay came easy. Never, ever again.

We stayed at this hotel to break up a long journey. A great no frills hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Jamie on the front desk is awesome. His customer service is second to non. If you are looking for comfort and great value...give this place a try. You won't be disappointed.

I really enjoyed my stay here and the staff was amazing, they were always there when I needed them and was able to provide me with the answers or got me what I needed. One of the front desk staff member has always comes to my room and would take my garbage out for me and ask if I need any help with anything else.

Clean, quiet,polite staff. I doubted my choice from the exterior but when i entered my room i could see where the money had gone instead of the outside. Good room with a flat screen and it was warm and well put together.

We came into town for the Sioux Falls marathon and just needed somewhere to lay our heads. We chose the inn due to its location to the arena, the cost and veterans discount. When we arrived later that night there where a lot of questionable people around, HOWEVER, when it came to bedtime it was quiet and peaceful. Didn't even he's a door slam, and the hotel appeared packed. The room had amenities needed, fridge coffee pot and microwave. Though we didn't need it, we requested a late check out and the desk clerk didn't blink an eye was graciously gave us until noon. Though the hotel isn't close to perfect, I was happy with the accommodations

Everyone here was very friendly, room was clean and quiet,i would come back and stay all over and tell my friends to come stay here its close to downtown and close to Denny Sanford and the baseball field and not far from the fairgrounds and close to Badland pawn shop

this hotel was a very nice place! it was very clean and remodeled! the staff was extremely friendly and helpful!! will be back again for sure if in the area!! it is also very affordable and conveniently located!! rooms are very nice and comfortable!!

New staff, new room, new attitude towards the customer, no creepy drifters or police. Front desk fixed the issue I had with the television not working shortly after I arrived. Nice housekeeping staff quick to bring me a few extra towels with my littler kids with me.

These were the exact words of staff members on duty on my first nights stay. A couple was having a disagreement and one locked another out of the room. The other then decided to pull the fire alarm, which resulted in an Evacuation of the building in the middle of the night. This was not the surprising part, but rather what I heard from the nearby staff members on duty of this "being a regular occurrence". :/
