The Sapphire Tampa

If you are looking for a very upscale experience in Tampa, you should go to Sapphire. The decor is incredibly beautiful and entertainment was a big band experience. The drinks were creative and the food was as pretty as it was delicious.

I celebrated my birthday at The Sapphire Room, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was superb. We started with the wedge salad and the bone marrow, both outstanding. The pork chop with mashed potatoes was cooked to the perfect temperature, with flawless flavors. And the carrot cake? Hands down the most decadent I've ever had. Every dish was executed beautifully. Service was truly high end, the kind of polished, attentive experience you hope for in an upscale restaurant. Tableside service was constant without ever feeling intrusive. The cleanliness was the best I've seen in any restaurant, anywhere. Yes, the prices are high, but they are absolutely worth it. My only critique is the live band. The volume was too loud, especially the drums, which overpowered the vocalists. We could barely hear the female singer at all. The song selection also felt more like a wedding reception than an upscale supper club. Jazz or big band music would be the perfect fit and would truly complete the elegant atmosphere this place deserves. That said, it didn't take away from a wonderful evening. I had the most amazing birthday, and I can't wait to come back!

The Sapphire Tampa is an upscale classy lounge and supper club . Combination of live music then late night DJ after party . Operating as an upscale steakhouse and seafood bar, the raw bar is an absolute standout—the oysters here are exceptional and easily some of the best I have ever had. The rest of the menu features excellent prime cuts alongside premium tableside cocktail carts. Service was highly attentive and polished, though the premium experience. We will be back again

Rick and Geneva were the most amazing waitstaff we have ever had in our many dining experiences here in Tampa. We personally met two of the owners and they were absolutely incredible. Taro, was absolutely incredible in that he personally took time out of his very busy night to take our picture in multiple places to get the best pictures. Steven, another owner, was very nice and very pleasant to speak with. We can not praise this place enough. The live music to the food, to the atmosphere and the amazing drinks, everything was absolutely incredible and I definitely say you have got to try it if you’ve never had an indulgent experience at dinner. Definitely the best way to celebrate.
