Capital Pride Alliance is the nonprofit that produces Capital Pride, Washington DC's main Pride parade and street festival each June, plus smaller events through the year. Its office is at 1827 Wiltberger Street NW, Suite 100, in Shaw, in the same building as The DC Center for the LGBT Community. It is an events organisation, not a drop-in service. I was very disappointed. Paid for covered bleacher seats , but you failed to get the canopy over bleachers up. Accessibility guest and all who had paid were tightly grouped together for around a hour while they tried to put the canopy up. They gave up and had to move equipment out of the way. By that time the first 3 groups had pasted and we were still not in our seats in the sun. I know the bleachers were in place by 11:35 AM , the crew for canopy arrived just over a hour before the start of parade. Sad. Give us our money back jerry johnson
