It's a shame that for a minimum subscription of 70 dirhams, the matches are broadcast on a "Fabour TV" website where there's a 1-minute delay and a lag between the live stream and their app. Honestly, just get a subscription anyway; you should be ashamed with all the money you're raking in, it's shameful!

I was with a group of 40 people, I selected the hotel because the reviews and location, and the AC in the rooms didnt work since the time we arrived. We reported more than 10 times, the person in the reception so rude and we didnt receive any collaboration. I dont recommend at all this hotel.
We stayed one night. We were given a room with a magnificent view of the avenue and part of the ocean. The room was very clean, modern, and cozy. It's within walking distance of the main attractions. The staff is pleasant and unobtrusive. The rooftop bar is chic, spread over two levels, with glass floors in some areas. In the evening, the street lights and city life are breathtaking.
