voco Darwin Suites by IHG

Great new hotel right on Mitchell Street. Really cool design, incredibly modern, super clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, and breakfast was delicious. 10/10 would recommend and will be back.

Kevin at voco Darwin Suites made our stay truly memorable. Incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always happy to help :) His customer service was very good. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests. Can’t recommend him enough!

Fantastic service from all their staff. It’s a really good hotel to stay in. Convenient all way round. Special mention to Sam who helped us check in when we arrived at an ungodly hour, Gimhani who was extremely helpful and professional, going out of the way to make us feel comfortable, and Kevin who was very friendly. Rooms are comfortable. Only complaint is that there is some sort of leaking from the toilet bowl and housekeeping staff might miss out some areas. However, it’s negligible considering all the top notch service we experienced!

I stayed here for a business trip and was very impressed. The rooms are large and I love the full size fridge and washing machine! I'm pleased I got a room at the back of the hotel with a lovely view of the ocean! The service was fantastic - the team bent over backwards to help. The food was delicious and cocktails by the pool was a winner! The pool area was nice - a little hidden away but cozy and had a lovely breeze. The location is ok - everything in Darwin is close but it's a 15 min walk or quick scooter ride down to the harbour.

Great hotel nice clean and spacious flash rooms food at the restaurant downstairs was absolutely delicious 10/10 the only downfall is the noise on the Main Street which is normal as it’s a busy nightlife street but I got woken up by people screaming and yelling at 2am id get the back room next time I come up

We really enjoyed our stay at voco Darwin Suites. The suite was very comfortable and made for a relaxing stay. Breakfast each morning was excellent, and the chef was always pleasant and helpful. We also had dinner at the restaurant and found both the food and service to be excellent. The reception team was outstanding, especially Gimhani, who was fabulous and very helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience and we appreciated the quality of the service and hospitality.

We were fortunate to be the very first guests at the new Voco Darwin hotel. The service and experience was amazing and all staff went out of their way to treat us like royalty. Being a Platinum Elite member with IHG certainly gave us our privileges!!
