Hotel kapsułowy Space Q

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Australia, as it’s in a great location—close to everything, all within walking distance. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and public transport is right on your doorstep. 👍👍The front desk manager was very nice and friendly; he was able to meet all my needs. The other manager was very considerate and humorous. The cleaning staff were also very helpful in resolving my issues and were very dedicated to their work. I had a wonderful two weeks at this hotel.😊😊

I had an amazing stay at Space Q Capsule Hotel! The customer support was top-notch—staff were friendly and always ready to help. The capsules were spotless and super comfortable, making for a cozy and restful night. I highly recommend it!

Good privacy and budget-friendly. A bit messy and old, but fair for the price. Self-check-in after reception closes can be confusing. Staff were not friendly when I asked for help, and the conversation felt strange. Hygiene needs improvement. Overall, still good and tolerable for a budget stay.

Great stay at Space Q! The capsules were clean, comfortable, and well designed. The shared facilities were excellent, with clean bathrooms, a cozy lounge, Netflix, a pool table, and a shared fridge for food storage. The location is perfect — right in the city and close to everything. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the recent air-conditioning upgrade made the stay even more comfortable. I also met some amazing people here, which made the experience even better. Great value for money — highly recommend and will definitely be back! ❤️‍🔥🫶🏼

The concept of this hostel is actually really nice, and the large living room is definitely the best and most pleasant part of the place. It has good potential and could be a great hostel with better management and maintenance. However, there are many issues that made my stay uncomfortable. The toilets and bathrooms are dirty, there is mold under the mattresses, and the whole place often smells really bad. I even ended up getting fungal infections during my stay. Another strange point is the payment system: they ask guests to pay in cash, and if you cannot pay cash, they ask you to transfer the money to the manager’s personal bank account instead of an account under the hostel’s name. I also noticed unfair pricing between guests. I was paying $250 per week, while other people staying at the same time told me they were paying $420 per week. On top of that, the toilets are clogged almost every other day.

If you like museums, I recommend the Museum of Horror and Disgusting for fifty dollars! A sensory experience awaits! Come stimulate your five senses at Space Q. - Smell: You can't get a better imitation of vomit than the one in their "shower room." - Sight: The hair, fur, and dust leave room for your imagination to try and find funny shapes! (Oh, a heart-shaped hair!) Cute! - Touch: The mattress and pillows rival those of a prison. I won't go into details, but the other Google reviews I should have checked before booking two nights clearly reveal what goes on in this excessively filthy hostel. - The noise: every time the capsule is opened, it makes a crazy noise, and the capsules are made of plastic, so there's no soundproofing; you can hear your neighbor breathing... The USB ports in my capsule didn't work... The showers are tiny, and the transparent shower walls are just floating and unisex. Welcome to the perverts! Positive points:... the frame inside the capsule is unusual.
