The room was bright, so I had no trouble moving around. I was worried since it was my first time staying in a capsule hotel, but I slept comfortably for a low price.

Unfortunately this stay wasn't a pleasant experience. On my 2nd day here, I came back to my capsule's power completely dead to the point not even the door card worked on it. The guy at reception only showed me how to manually open it (push on the door & slide). Don't think your belongings are safe because you have a swipe card, the capsule doors can be opened so easily from the outside! The guy at reception wasn't able to fix the capsule power issue & it was basically tough luck for you kinda attitude (I've included photos of my capsule, capsule 2 without the blue light /power) compared to capsule 1 having the blue light/power. My finger got jammed in the door lock every time I needed to leave my capsule because I had to hold the lock down & slide the door towards where the lock barrel was. At no point did the guy at reception offer to move me to another capsule . He didn't even have the decency to offer me a partial refund. I also had to go out to charge my phone because I didn't have any power in capsule & the study level is basically the guy's capsule floor. It wasn't nice trying to use the study area whilst an old Asian dude was walking around hocking up phlegm, brushing his teeth & walking around shaving , he basically used the study area as an extension of the bathroom. The kitchen was no better it was dirty, smelly & another old dude occupied that space too. If you do stay here make sure you have a PPE mask, antihistamines & asthma puffers. They use an extremely strong air freshener to try to mask the smell of the mould & damp. Also bring your own towel because that isn't free either. Overall this place seems excellent for the price & the guy at reception seems really nice, but you'll realise really quick it's not good. It's certainly not worth the headache, allergic reactions to the air defuser, the mould & damp & dealing with an employee who clearly doesn't give a stuff about your poor experience.

One of my favourite places to stay, even last minute never let me down. Sometimes it’s the little things that can mean the most. Highly recommend for any person who wants to experience something new and great for a fractional price 💯💯💯💯
