Excellent hotel. I love the design, the vibe and the most…exceptional customer service. We were lucky to join the 1st anniversary afternoon party. What a treat! Local products chosen with care.

What a nice hotel, but such disappointing service. Even when you take the time to fill out the lengthy feedback form. You receive a reply with 6 sorry's and apologies, but no attempt to rectify their problems. there are better places to stay, with much better service. I guess an American company that doesn't care. After staying in their new Tokyo property I was wowed. Not this time.

We just had an overnight with our dogs , from the moment we arrived to the moment we left everything was so so good, the room looking over the river was spacious and they even had to beds for our fur babies, they also delivered and beautiful cake which we loved, the restaurant downstairs was fantastic all the food was excellent, and the best thing was our babies could sit outside with us why we ate, the cocktails 10/10, for breakfast we did they same the crab omelette was so good, my partner had to have another, this place felt like home, we really can’t wait to see you very very soon, thank you

We recently stayed here to celebrate my partner's birthday, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully presented, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere made it the perfect place to celebrate. Every detail was taken care of, and we felt genuinely valued as guests. Thank you to the entire team for helping make my partner's birthday so memorable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay! Also highly recommend getting the breakfast included, the food is delicious and makes the whole stay wonderful!

Had a set lunch here. The hotel is beautiful as are all the function centres and restaurants. Food was a good standard bar the main dish of lamb shoulder which was quite fatty and rare (not for me). A good souvalaki would be more to my liking or slow cooked. Being a set menu there was no choice. I've noticed this with several places now and is a real put off. Accommodation prices were high and location not the best being well away from the heart of the city.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at 1 Hotel Melbourne and cannot recommend it enough. Perks of Booking Direct: If you are planning a visit, definitely book directly through the hotel. It gave us some fantastic extras that truly elevated our stay, including valet parking, a $50 hotel voucher, and a full breakfast. A particularly nice surprise was the complimentary car service available for anywhere within a 3km radius of the hotel—such a convenient and luxury touch! The Room: We stayed in a River Reserve King room, and it was stunning. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room featured a great outlook over the river. Amenities & Dining: We certainly made the most of the beautiful facilities! We enjoyed excellent drinks at Crane Bar, and a delicious breakfast at From Here by Mike. We also took full advantage of the wellness facilities—having a swim, a spa, and using both the sauna and steam room. They were so good we didn't even have time for the gym. Next time! The Service: What truly sets this hotel apart is the hospitality. Every single member of the staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and absolutely nothing was too much trouble. We loved every minute of our stay and will definitely be back!

A truly magical place. 10/10 service across the board, from the moment I walked in the concierge took my bags to my room, and the lovely front desk team talked me through everything with a smile. I have stayed here multiple times now and each time it just keeps on getting better. You have to try the oysters, by far the best place in Melbourne.

Blown away by how beautiful the entire hotel was. Beautiful design, furniture, plants, materials used- EVERYTHING. The bed was amazing, lovely staff, very clean, amazing recreation amenities

Had an amazing experience staying at 1Hotel. Such a tranquil and cozy feeling as soon as you step in. we loved our stay and the rooms were fantastic. Pool and spa was so relaxing and staff was friendly and accommodating. we had in room dining and the food was delicious. the only complaint we had was the bed was a little too soft but that may be personal taste. breakfast was also delicious, fresh and staff they were accommodating for diatry requests. we have booked another stay and would recommend staying here if you're looking for a relaxing, feel good, rejuvenating experience

This is undoubtedly the best hotel! The eco-friendly design, upgraded suite, and thoughtful service are all unforgettable. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views, and I will definitely stay here next time I visit Melbourne.

Open for one night stay during public holiday is a very nice move. It’s very nice that I can enjoy staycation. 100% recommended. Thank you for the good service and nice rooms! Would feedback more for breakfast, buffet breakfast if possible in the future. Thank you!
