The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious enough. The heated pool is a highlight as well.

The location is convenient, the service is friendly, and the pool and breakfast are of a high standard. However, the room soundproofing is a bit weak, and the cleanliness could be improved. Overall, it's still a worthwhile option to consider.

We came to celebrate my boyfriend’s 50th birthday at this hotel. It’s a nice hotel. Unfortunately, they booked the amount owing for the room and the valet parking twice over a week ago. My boyfriend and I have been calling the hotel to ask for the amount to be refunded. We are still waiting.

Terrible experience. The 13th floor hallway had an awful smell throughout my stay. They offered to move my room, but this was very inconvenient given my workload while I was here. Quite frankly, this illustrates that their solution was an easy fix as oppose to fixing the problem. The service in the restaurant was substandard. Just the wait to get a coffee in the morning was enough to make me to make this write up. Do NOT stay here when visiting Melbourne.

2 stars mainly because our kid was wearing a jacket and it got burnt when posed picture *near* fire pit (still a fair bit of distance). It could have potentially turned into a disaster. There were no warning signs that it was that hot and young kids could easily try and touch glass etc which mine didn’t luckily, it was only jacket burn from a distance. The jacket was worth $120 ( that’s when we bought it on discount). It was their favourite and loosing it like that was a shame. When we raised it to staff at reception, nothing much came out of them. Sorry 2 stars just for that. Otherwise our stay was very pleasant even though room was a bit too small for expectations. The roof top restaurant bar was beautiful. Pool was great fun.

I had a great experience. Service was great! Only downside is the rooms do have a weird noise as they used to have motion sensors which can’t be turned off. Also the service during breakfast wasn’t the best. There’s no hot drinks and sometimes I would go the whole meal without being offered one or it took so long that I finished all my food before I got a drink.

Need to get a squat rack and bench press in their gym. Awful gym for a modern hotel.
