Hampton Inn Green Bay Downtown

I travel for work and was frequenting the Green Bay Area and this is probably my least favorite hotel in Green Bay. Nothing huge- just a lot of little things adding up. - The plugs in the side tables didn’t work. The pillows start super fluffy but flatten like a pancake. I ended up stuffing two pillows into a single pillow case. - They didn’t have the normal Hilton tv with streaming apps available, just plain cable. - They have paid parking, but the signs aren’t super obvious and they put tickets in your windshield wiper, that I didn’t see until I used my windshield wiper. - When I checked out the lady at the front desk seemed inconvenienced by my telling her I wanted to double check that I was checked out. Pros: the room was clean and breakfast was good! Other Hilton Hotels in the area are going to be my first pick over this one.

Needed to come into town to pick up a bike at Pete’s Garage and I picked the hotel because of the location and breakfast, the lemon poppyseed scones and waffles are my jam. But OMG the poor hotel would be in better shape if the other guests hadn’t been raised in a barn. Screaming kids running to the pool, kitty litter on the floor, broken refrigerator cabinet door, and general nastiness left by other guests EVERYWHERE on the walls, on the doors, on the carpet. The entitlement is unlike anything I’ve ever seen in my travels because truly entitled people don’t act like baboons without paying for the damage. This hotel made me have so many questions-Is it the football? Is this how certain people act when the marginalized scapegoats aren’t around? Why is there kitty litter all over the floor? What is this brown drip next to the window on the wall? Are the other guests drunk? Why are they so loud and abusive to the building? What is happening?!

Customer service was great. The free breakfast was 🔥 they also have everything you can eat for breakfast alot of protien options .Also the pool was huge for me and my daughter's ❤️ it

We were stuck in the blizzard like conditions while passing through and had to stop to rest. This hotel was clean and comfortable with everything needed in room. The quick breakfast was well stocked and coffee was hot and ready. The nice women at the front had to help us out in the snow trying to get out of the driveway! What other employees go this far above and beyond?! I will definitely recommend staying here!

Was there for a 3 day conference next door at the KI Center. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

First room door lock would not open. Desk changed my room, the app never updated so no digital key. Last day early AMwent to vehicle came back to room and door wouldn't open. Front desk couldn't open. Maintenance man struggled another 20 minutes to open. Flight home was in less than 2 hours. Fix the damn door lock system and do more updates. Fridge in room screemed all night, shower leaked. Never again if I return to GB.

Just a bit shabby but overall, not bad at all. VERY friendly staff and a nice place to stay for the night. And it’s right in the middle of Downtown Green Bay.
