Had a really great experience minus the parking. Was told we needed to pay the daily parking rate, left for dinner and came back and needed to park on the street. When asked if there was anything we could do to get our money back, was told it is first come first serve. If there is not guaranteed parking, we should not be told to utilize the parking app. Disappointed.

We have stayed at this Hampton Inn several times since it opened. The cleanliness and furniture has gone downhill quite a bit. We checked into room 324 and found it to have a sour smell. The room is a suite that we paid extra to upgrade. Totally not worth it. As Honors members, we received no water upon check in, when I went to take my nightly supplements, there were no cups in the bathroom, only the paper coffee cups in the kitchenette we were supposed to use the next morning for coffee. The A/C unit in the room blows right into the face of one of the people sleeping in the bed. The front desk lady told me this morning that they ran out of the cardboard coffee huggies (so you don’t burn your hands) and told me to look over in the breakfast area. Apparently she couldn’t be bothered to perform actual customer service. This evening I called to ask for a toilet plunger since the toilet isn’t properly flushing and I didn’t want to overflow the toilet. The lady at the front desk said it’s a maintenance issue and no one from maintenance would be back until morning. So we can’t use the toilet???? Absolutely horrible building quality and awful staff to boot. Stay elsewhere.
