Quality Inn & Suites Green Bay Downtown

Room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The pool and hot tub were great. Our AC leaked but they came and fixed it. Breakfast is good. The bed was also really comfortable. Super close to good restaurants. Overall good stay.

I would not normally review a Quality Inn. They all seem similar to me, but this Quality Inn is updated and has a nice recreation area. Where this Quality Inn shines for me was Kevin, the lone desk attendant when we checked in. He was engaged, humorous, and offered great local information to make our visit a better experience. However, Kevin really shined when we had an issue with our room. We called the front desk, and he immediately brought us new keys, and a luggage trolly to help us relocate to a new room. Any hotel can have a room issue pop up, but few will have such a responsive representative to make everything right ASAP. Thanks Quality Inn Green Bay, and thanks Kevin!

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and it was a deeply upsetting experience. While the location is central and convenient, the service and room quality were far below acceptable standards. 1. Poor Service and Mistreatment: The staff on duty was not only unhelpful but incredibly rude. Most alarmingly, I felt that I was treated with a lack of respect and experienced what I can only describe as a discriminatory and racist attitude. This is completely unacceptable for any hospitality establishment. 2. Room Conditions: The room was in poor condition. The bedsheets had visible holes, there were not enough towels in the bathroom, and the bed made loud, irritating noises with the slightest movement. It was impossible to get a restful night's sleep. 3. Pool Area Concerns: Although the pool area is visually nice, the management does not seem to enforce any safety or family-friendly rules. There were people consuming alcohol in the pool area despite the presence of many children, which created an uncomfortable and inappropriate environment for families. Conclusion: I do not recommend staying at the Quality Inn & Suites Green Bay. Despite its location, the lack of cleanliness, the deteriorating furniture, and—most importantly—the rude and disrespectful behavior of the staff make it a place I will never return to. Save your money and stay somewhere where guests are treated with dignity and respect.

I recently booked a room here and the room was not as clean as it should've been. I cleaned it myself..had breakfast in the morning only to have the breakfast attendant standing in the dining area and staring people down. I'm not sure why but it was very uncomfortable. I expressed that to the front desk and they apparently talked to her but she proceeded to continue to do what she was doing. The breakfast wasn't that great for anyone to be monitored like that! They was the first for me! Never staying there again!

I had a mishap in Green Bay and they have been very accommodating! Great people. Excellent room. You won't be disappointed

I had very frustrating experience with this hotel, I accidentally made a mistake when selecting my confirmation datr when I reached out the recervacion stuff showed zero flexibility or willingness to help, instead of offering a simple date change or even a credit, they strictly enforced their policy without any consideration for customer service.

The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Climate control didn't work as far as I could tell. It was a constant 75 degrees in my room even days after I turned it down to 66 degrees. Seemed to have a lot of long term residents.
