Very dissapointed in my stay here this past weekend. Customer service is absolutely horrible. I did not receive my security deposit back, even though I did nothing wrong. Never received a receipt after my checkout, even though I asked for one. I called afterwards and talked to Angela the manager and she has poor hospitality service! Was also told that I can have a late checkout, but that changed the day I checked out. Pool is filthy. Breakfast is very basic and dissapointing. I will not be staying here again!

Rehabbed and rebadged Hampton property. Great location, staff was great, price was good. Rooms comfortable but still in need of some TLC. Breakfast is not a traditional Hilton property hot breakfast... It more of a bagle and cereal bar if that's you thing. Not for me...

Half the rooms are right on the highway. It sounds like the semis are driving through your closet. Asked to move to the other side, even willing to take a lower tier room, and was told there is no option to move. If you build a hotel next to the highway, maybe add a pane of glass on the window.

I stayed here overnight during a business trip. Overall the hotel seemed to be great for the price, I did not make use of amenities outside of what was in the room. Shower was clean and stocked, beds were clean and comfortable, and the room was spacious. I did not have any issues with noise from the highway (my room faced the highway) but I could hear clearly into the hallway. However, I didn’t care being a single traveler. I would definitely stay here again, I’d be curious to see how the rates spike during football season!
