If I could give zero stars I would. While housekeeping was cleaning my room me and my children came down and sat in the car. One of the bigger set employees came outside and started blaming me for the garbage in the parking lot even though it was backwoods rappers and smoking stuff and I'm nine months pregnant I don't smoke it obviously was not mine. She was very very rude and kept making all these accusations about me and my family. She then proceeded to walk up on my van while my children were present and was very aggressive mind you I'm nine months pregnant so I'm sitting in the front seat with the door open so I closed it so she couldn't get any closer to me. She was saying negative things not only to me but also to my kids. She made comments about my parenting. All over her having a bad day and my children spilled some chips on the carpet. She then proceeded to call the police on me and get me banned from the property even though she was the aggressor and it was all on camera.

Adam at the front desk was super professional and respectful. The check in was very easy and quick. The room was clean, the breakfast was hot and eating area was comfortable. TV in the breakfast dining area, plenty of seating, clean, and good selection of food, coffee, juice etc. Staff was professional and efficient. Tons of stuff to watch on the T.V. hot water as needed. Whirlpool was great. Plenty of parking..conveniently located near other restaurants, Kwik trip, and attractions. Only 6-8 minutes from botanical gardens. Great price for the quality. Would recommend others and return if I am in need of a room. Thanks!

Exceptional value for comfort & cleanliness. This is a well cared for family hotel in a convient low traffic area. The beds are comfy & the room along with hotel are spotless . Plenty of free parking . Professional staff. They offer a free breakfast which would be great for families with children . I would definitely return & highly recommend . This is a rare gem in this city.

It is quite a nice hotel, but I don't understand why they made a copy of my passport without asking. This is completely unnecessary; noting down the document number is more than enough. Furthermore, I have no idea why they call the breakfast a 'continental breakfast,' because it absolutely wasn't. Everything was wrapped in plastic, there was nothing fresh, and it was clearly processed factory food. Finally, if you open the window of your room, the smoke from the terrace blows right in. Very unpleasant. All things considered, the hotel was quite disappointing.
