naam bade darshan chote !!! we have been with family .. they have got a rockpool which is the main pool, that remain closed during monsoon and the other pool has a timing restriction till 8pm .. the resort feel so dull if you are staying in the main building .. it does not have any vibes.. there another restaurand the spice trading was also not available for guest due to private booking .. the main attraction is rock pool .. which they remain close due to monsoon it seems .. the team told us it gets slippery on the pool side during monsoon .. :) as if this is the first time we have been to pool ... choose wiser then this..

I had a great stay at this hotel.It is an amazing property and even the staff is very friendly.

I was disappointed with my experience at W Goa. During my visit, I was served beer that was very close to its expiry date. While the product may technically have been within the expiry period, guests at a luxury property expect fresh stock and better quality control. This raised concerns about inventory management and food & beverage standards. I brought the issue to the staff’s attention, but the response did not meet the level of service expected from a premium hotel. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures stricter checks in the future.

Had the best experience here with my family last week. This was our first trip with a toddler and I’m so glad we chose W Goa because the hospitality was absolutely amazing. Special Shout out to Staff member Pramod, Chef Vikas and Manager Nikhil.

Highly disappointing experience. I checked in today, and the lack of hospitality was evident from the start—no welcome drink or even water was offered upon arrival. The rooms were not clean, and room service took an unacceptable 1 hour and 15 minutes to deliver a food order. Speaking from years of experience within the Travel and MICE fraternity, the service standards here fall incredibly short. I certainly cannot recommend this property to any of my clients or corporate groups.

We had a wonderful stay at W Goa. The property is stunning, with spacious, well-maintained, and impeccably clean rooms. Each restaurant offers a unique ambiance and dining experience, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was an issue with the air conditioning in our room. Despite contacting the team multiple times and having a technician visit repeatedly, the problem remained unresolved. We were assured each time that it had been fixed, but unfortunately, it wasn't. After several follow-ups, we eventually had to change our room at around 1:00 a.m., which resulted in nearly two hours of inconvenience. That said, the staff handled the situation professionally, were courteous throughout, and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. While the AC issue affected our experience, the overall quality of the property, amenities, and hospitality was excellent.

The property itself is stunning, and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring it. One of the highlights was being driven around the expansive grounds in the resort's buggy, which added to the overall charm of the visit. We had lunch at the in-house restaurant, Spice Traders. We ordered the chicken kebab, which initially felt a bit undercooked for our preference. However, the chef personally came over to understand our concern, explained the preparation, and graciously prepared a fresh batch for us. The level of hospitality and attention to guest satisfaction was truly impressive. From the beautiful property to the excellent service, we loved the entire experience and left with great memories.
