What reviewers say

Visitors frequently praise the excellent food, beautiful views, and exceptionally helpful and kind staff who go above and beyond to make stays special. A recurring complaint is being restricted to using only the nearby taxi stand, which is noted as not being the hotel's direct fault.

About this place W Goa

W Goa is a luxury hotel located on the scenic Vagator Beach in Bardez, part of Goa's vibrant northern coastal region. As part of the renowned Marriott collection, the property brings the W brand's contemporary style and service standards to one of India's most popular beach destinations. The hotel is positioned as an LGBTQ+ friendly venue, making it an appealing choice for queer travelers looking for upscale accommodation in Goa. Goa has long been a favored destination for LGBTQ+ travelers to India, known for its relaxed atmosphere, beautiful beaches, and diverse hospitality scene. The northern beaches around Anjuna and Bardez, where this hotel is situated, are particularly popular with international visitors. While Goa's social scene is more liberal than many parts of India, travelers should be mindful that India's legal landscape differs from many Western countries, and discretion remains advisable in some contexts. Staying at a dedicated LGBTQ+ friendly luxury hotel provides peace of mind and often means staff are trained to be welcoming and respectful to all guests. You can expect the amenities and service quality associated with the W brand, including contemporary design, multiple dining and drinking venues, and beachfront location benefits. The Vagator Beach setting offers direct access to one of Goa's most picturesque coastal areas, ideal for relaxation and enjoying the scenic landscape. For trip planning and detailed information about specific facilities, dining options, and current offerings, visit their official website.

Had a brief weekend getaway with my hubby at W Goa as my colleagues highly recommended. I was warmly welcomed by Muskhan (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) and throughout the stay Britah was taking care of us to ensure that we were enjoying our stay. They offer a number of complimentary sessions such as sound of healing and dj jam learning. There were three swimming pools and we loved the one indoors by the spa. It was only for adults and was peaceful. It was a really short stay and will definitely come back!

I stayed at W Goa in Goa, India. As it is a 5-star hotel resort, the weekend price was in the mid-to-late 400,000 won range, but the quality and service were excellent. A staff member named Britah, wearing a yellow shirt, checked on me attentively, which was very helpful. There were also free trial sessions available, so I had a very enjoyable time. For those who enjoy drinking, there is a brunch course for 35,000 rupees that includes unlimited food and drinks, which seems like a good option as well.
