Worst service ever I have seen. There’s no staff. Nobody is picking call. Everything we need we have to come downstairs and find the staff and sought for them. And some of them are very irresponsible also. Very bad experience.

Hi Team, Our stay at PRAZERES BOUTIQUE HOTEL,Goa was terrible because the staff are pathetic they don’t care what customers go through and are least bothered to even keep customers safe in room, The room was booked with garden view but the room has nothing green rey, the room service was also pathetic I suggest no one should book this place even with vehicle parking they are terrible . We get out of options even for a lessor price in Panaji and we get better facilities FORTUNE ,GINGER ,CAMPAL ARE MUCH BETTER AT NEARLY SAME PRICING. The cleaning specs were too poor .

⭐ Overall Stay Review ✅ Positive Points: • Stay was good overall • Rooms were clean, neat, and well maintained • Bed comfort, room ambience, and bathroom cleanliness were good • Staffs were friendly and communicated well in English • Near to Panjim city and Miramar Beach • Nearby restaurants and shops are available within 5 minutes walkable distance • Good housekeeping and regular refilling service ⚠️ Things to Improve: • Poor sound insulation between rooms — nearby room conversations can be heard clearly • During our stay, nearby guests were drunk and loud at night, which was disturbing • Bathtub is available only in selected rooms and not clearly mentioned during booking • We were initially given a room without bathtub and had to request a room change • Open parking was provided even though underground parking was available, but it seemed to be used as a storage area 🍽️ Food Review: • Breakfast quality was below average • Same menu repeated for all 3 days with very limited variety • Tea, coffee, and egg items were given only on request • Except bread, butter, jam, and watermelon, the rest of the food was average 💡 Personal Suggestion: • Better avoid choosing the breakfast option here and have food outside • Breakfast is not worth the amount paid and may disappoint you 🛁 Bathroom Amenities: • Only body wash, small soap, and towels were provided • Toothpaste and some basic amenities were missing

I would like to offer stars, if lesser then one. Today morning I had asked for Dental kit and saving kit. The boy who provides these services, he said and said to me, owner of the hotel have taken stubbornly saving kit not given to the guest. This hotel don't keep the dental and saving items in the washroom. Breakfast- OMG anyone may go crazy same since many years, which I got to know. And I also experienced few days while my stay. - Smelly brekfast area, always you may feel bad smell. - Charges- Wow, the hotel main person feels this is 7 start, but don't want to offer the expected or reasonable products.

Rooms are nicely designed, clean and tidy. Visited in week days so the hotel was lonely. Tea was horrible like Railway station and charged 100 per cup 😳. That was shocking to me.:( Food was ok ok but took lot of time for the service.

Thank you for the warm hospitality! My stay was more than "acceptable"—it was fantastic. The location near Auxilium School was very convenient, and the staff made me feel right at home. I’ll definitely be recommending your hotel to friends visiting Goa. Keep up the great work! Warmly, My stay was incredibly pleasant, and your staff truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
