Hôtel Prazeres Boutique

Had a wonderful stay at Prazeres. The rooms were very clean, 24x7 hot water, fast Wi-Fi and extremely courteous staff. The ease with which we can reach the heart of Panjim also made our choice to stay Prazeres the best we could have made! Will definitely visit again!

I recently stayed at Prazer Boutique Hotel in Goa and had a wonderful experience. The property is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. I would especially like to appreciate Jitesh, who was extremely kind, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. Staff like him truly make a difference and reflect the hospitality of the hotel. Thank you for the great service. I would definitely recommend this place to others visiting Goa.

Had a room with one double bed and a second single bed, both very comfortable with blankets that kept us warm. Hardly put my head down and was asleep. Central AC, had a regulator by which we could regulate the temperature to be convient to us. Between the beds were 2 single sofa like chairs with a tea table in the middle, convenient for us to sit across and talk, and have tea or coffee. A writting table with a chair is at one end of the room near the window. There is a plug point for convenience of charging the phone or a laptop or any other small appliance. There is an intercom on the table to communicate with the reception and can order eatables from the Menu present. A large window occupies one side of the room, with double curtains, one sheer or lace curtain to allow light through if you want and it makes the room bright. The other is a linen like heavy curtain which blocks the light if needed. Lights in the room are wonderful, one switch near the bed for less lights, and another for more lights which makes the room brighter, according to your need. There is quite a big TV in the room for those who like to view. I was not interested in watching so I will not be able to tell whuch channels are available. A full length cupboard is there at the enterance for hanging clothes and also shelfs for folding. A rack, in the room I was, was on the left of the cupboard on which to place bags. A half length mirror is above the rack. Bathroom was clean and compact, and tiled. With basin and a tub, for those who would like a tub bath, with both hot and cold water, and a curtain to prevent splashing outside the tub, so the bathroom remains dry, ( I think, especially important when older people are there). The staff are hospitable, and helpful. There is a dining room, which we unfortunately did not use. We ordered a club sandwhich as we were in a hurry, it was tasty and came with fries.

It was a very sweet boutique hotel! everyone was very friendly and accommodating! they organize everything if you ask for it. so nothing is left open. the food was very good and is adapted to your spicyness-level

Location was excellent the room was ok but comfortable I booked as I was visiting a friend in caranzalem & the location was perfect.

I've had a very very mixed experience here. The good things first. This is one of the best and most well behaved and cultured staff I've seen, on par with 5 star hotel standards. They're polite, understanding and genuinely try to solve every problem of yours no matter what hour. Kudos to them. The location is superb, the place is well maintained and the food is great. Now to the most annoying part. Some rooms like mine have a connecting door to the next room. And because of this everytime someone checks in into your neighbouring room they think the door leads to an extension of their room and try to force open it. It's a blatant invasion of your privacy. I can't blame the guests for that nor the staff, it's a building flaw that needs to be fixed. I stayed here for 10 days and 4 different people have checked into that neighbouring room at various hours and they all tried to force open that door, sometimes at midnight when I was asleep. It was a very very unsafe feeling. And because of the door not being sealed, every single noise from the neighbouring room causes a huge disturbance in my room every single time. If they cannot fix this, no matter how well mannered the staff might be, the guests are going to have a bad experience.

I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at the hotel. The overall experience was very good, and I truly appreciate the service provided by the team. A special thanks to Ms. Sonali and Mr. Jitesh for their excellent hospitality. They were very polite, supportive, and ensured that my stay was comfortable. Their professionalism and helpful approach made a big difference during my visit. The room was clean, the service was prompt, and the staff were always approachable. I am satisfied with the facilities and would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you for the wonderful service.
