We arrived at the hotel after making a reservation online. We booked a room with a balcony. In fact, they put us in a filthy room without any balcony. The treatment that followed was disrespectful and humiliating, with the guard pushing and shoving, and he later called the police. It's just shocking, don't go near it!!!

We had a good experience, staff were willing to provide service, and the food was truly the highlight of the hotel. The food was great.

Great hotel, rooms a bit outdated but everything works perfectly. We got a double bed that wasn't divided like someone else here said she got. From our point of view, the hotel was excellent, we got what we needed for an all-inclusive with children. Fresh, high-quality and delicious food. At lunchtime there is always a watermelon stand full of fruit with gummies for the kids too, pasta and pizza at the pool for those who are still hungry and also popsicles and vanilla ice cream..there is a really tasty Belgian waffle at the counter inside and alcohol or soft drinks. Good room service, cleaned and tidied up every morning, and they bring what they need. There is some entertainment for the kids from time to time. There is no kids club, just a room with paid gaming machines. Location 5 minutes drive from everything and there is a new open shopping mall of the Seven Stars and also a Super Pharm In short, recommended

First time here. Upon arrival parking was swamped so we parked in the street as inside they park all over each other. The room wasn’t ready but seeing it’s an all inclusive hotel we proceeded with our luggage to dining room to have lunch. As we began to start lunch we received an SMS that our room was ready. We initially received a room on the 3rd floor facing the pool but our room was right above the A/C generators which made a lot of noise and the hotel’s technician who was in our room to fix a stuffed drain when showing him that window would not shut properly making it very inconvenient, noise wise and heat entering, his solution was just to smash the window shut to solve the problem but obviously that did not solve the issue. We complained about this so they offered us to have a look at a room on 2nd floor, closer to the elevators 🛗 and facing east towards the Jordanian mountains 🏔️ The room had proper isolation and better lighting so we went with that room. So we searched for the only bellhop cart in the hotel to move our stuff from the previous to our new room as we had already unpacked completely in the first but never mind, better solution. The room is actually pretty good and definitely suitable for a family of 4 (parents + 2 kids) See photos The all inclusive package is pretty good and convenient but the personnel are not always the best, many of them don’t speak Hebrew well enough in order to comprehend basic requests. The food available at the pool is quite monotonous as everyday the same, pasta and pizza, switch every other day, like put some fries out as you can’t go wrong with fries. Ice creams & drinks are fine even though some weird regulations, beers are served in tall plastic cups and slush is served in smaller cups, when you ask for a tall cup for the slush they won’t allow it. (I’m pretty sure beer is more expensive than slush 🤔) In the lobby area there’s also an area for more variated (alcoholic)drinks and waffles too. There too some weird regulations: I wanted to have just a can of Blu (energy drink) and bar tender said that it only can be served with alcohol to which I replied, what is that for nonsense, you cannot force someone to drink alcohol, I felt that was unacceptable so complained at front desk and someone had to come with me just in order to hand me a can. The overall food in dining hall (breakfast - lunch - dinner) was average to good. There’s major problem in the hotel which affects most places: everywhere there are flies present which obviously very unpleasant to see while selecting food from the buffet. The hotel should definitely tackle this issue ASAP! The selection of food is actually quite ok. For the breakfast it’s fair to say that in most hotels the omelette bar is most popular. I would extend that desk as the frying plate is quite small and the way they prepare for the different guests waiting is not always esthetically well presented even though the omelette chef 👨‍🍳 does the best he can regardless the material he’s given. For the rest, lunch & dinner is pretty ok I would say, minus the flies of course. The pool area is overall nice, the lifeguards should actually take their job a little more serious and less gazing at their phones. There was even one lifeguard who had AirPods in his ears while gazing at his phone, that doesn’t really say “I’ve got your back if God forbid a guest is drowning” The toilet/shower/changing area by the pool has great potential but looks deserted and is in urgent need of maintenance and renovation as no daily cleaning is done there and it seriously reeks all the way to the pool from sewage which actually could be a potential reason why there that many flies around the hotel. Another thing I would definitely tackle (see photos) are the busted windows by the pool area as that really gives a very unpleasant feeling + hire every now and then a window guy to clean the windows as it’s very necessary. Bottom line, the hotel is good but not more and not less. I would return if these issues mentioned are taken care off.

We were on vacation with the kids for 4 nights and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised, courteous and professional service, very good level of cleanliness, excellent food, nothing was missing, free drinks and alcohol, free popsicles and ice and food at the pool, the kids had a great time. I'm sure I'll come back again, you get a lot for a reasonable price.

Overall experience with a very low score. The hotel is infested with flies, in the lobby, dining room and pool. Clean rooms but broken and creaky doors, proximity to places that play loud music until 5 am, broken toilet that was not fixed despite repeated requests. Even though the vacation was booked in advance, we did not show up in the system at check-in, and we received calls on two subsequent mornings (Tuesday and Wednesday) to check out even though the rooms were booked until Thursday. Most of the service providers were polite, but one of the bartenders exploded with rage at the hotel bar and simply left, a receptionist who answered sarcastically and was not really helpful. Of course, we raised our complaints with the reception manager during our stay, but we mostly received a shrug of the shoulders. Significant parking restrictions on the hotel grounds and also very little parking on the street nearby and no parking arrangements. We would like to mention the food, which was rich, fresh and indulgent throughout the day.
