- Lack of luggage storage after check-out - Lack of bottled water in the rooms Like most business hotels, the interior is small and cozy, so it's understandable. The only luggage storage service offered is just before check-in time, and the refusal of luggage storage after check-out is unacceptable, no matter how much I think about it (I think the lack of space is a problem that needs to be addressed). The lack of basic services found in other hotels is a huge drawback. And the lack of water (there's a water purifier in the lobby) is another negative factor. Those who plan to stay here should seriously consider luggage storage after check-out, even if water isn't a priority.

It's clean, but there's a really strong smell of yakiniku. I wonder if the smell is coming straight from the restaurant below. Even with deodorizing spray, the smell of yakiniku quickly comes back. It's best to avoid Room 201. It's close to Tokyo Station, the price is reasonable, and admission is free for elementary school students, so that's a good thing.

The accommodation is inexpensive and the room facilities are reasonably priced, but luggage cannot be left at check-out. Travelers who need to leave their luggage at check-out should take special note!

The subway station is just across the street, and there's a supermarket nearby—it's incredibly convenient.

Very small rooms. TV has limited Channels - no news channels and no NHK. Location wise is good - right next to train station. No breakfast is available. Special shout out to the good service provided by the front desk staff during our departure.

The tiny tiny room that I’ve ever seen. Front desk agent, non-Japanese, doesn’t know what Service really means. When asked for the cloth hangers, he denied outright without a smile in his face; when asked about dryer, he threw over empty promise saying it can be dried in 30 minutes, yet it took more than 60 minutes for the outdated drier to do its work. They insisted on you putting out a sign for room cleaning before 11am. And yet the cleaning maid may only show up after 2pm. At night, the whole hotel is left unguarded. One can literally walk into the elevator having access to every floor without a card and ride the lift up to any floor and create trouble! Will never come back again.

It's close to Tokyo Station and the price is reasonable, so I recommend it.

The only rooms available were smoking rooms, so it can't be helped, but the smell of cigarettes filled the air. (I don't smoke.) Let's give them that, but the toilet washlet didn't work, and I'm not sure if it was because the battery was dead or because it was broken. No meals, and it's close to a convenience store and the station. Well, it was fine for just getting drunk and sleeping, but it's not great for making memories on your trip. I recommend finding a more expensive place.

The most basic of basic rooms in terms of Japanese motels. If you can get it at a good rate ($50/nt or less), it's a decent place to sleep for the night. Furniture is rough around the edges. There's not much in the neighborhood but it's not too far from the subway station and some food chains like Matsuya. There's also a couple of convenience stores like Lawson literally right next door which is useful. Front desk is really friendly though. And the best part is there's a washer/dryer on premises for $2 usd a wash.

You have to check in yourself; I don't know why there's a reception desk, please someone tell me. I have a folder in my room with tons of informational pamphlets (there's an exam tomorrow, it seems). If you arrive before check-in time, they put a sheet of paper in the machine so you don't have to check in, lol. They let you leave your luggage, but right there in the middle of the hallway, no designated area or anything, just there as soon as you walk in.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, directly opposite Bakuro Yokoyama Station, which serves as both a subway and JR station. There's also a Maruman supermarket nearby with a wide variety of affordable and high-quality ingredients, making it very convenient for travelers. The hotel also has a microwave for preparing various delicious meals. It's close to Ningyocho, with numerous excellent restaurants, making it a highly recommended hotel.

There is a foreign staff member at the front desk who is very friendly. I stayed in a smoking room. It wasn't exactly spotless, though it was cleaned to some extent. There was a lot of dust, so it wasn't very hygienic. However, considering the value for money, I thought it was worth staying in. The location allows for direct travel to and from Narita, and since it is situated in the center of nearby tourist attractions, it is convenient for sightseeing in various directions and returning. The path from the station to the accommodation was uneven, so the noise from my suitcase was quite severe. Other than that, I am satisfied with my stay. The hot water works well and the water pressure is strong. The TV remote doesn't work very well, but since I wasn't going to watch TV anyway, I think I am generally satisfied. If you are looking for an affordable place for sightseeing in various places, this is a decent option.
