The facilities inside are fine, but the customer service is problematic. I'm a customer, after all. Using casual language is inappropriate.

The staff's customer service was so bad it was unbelievable! 💢 I put money in the vending machine, but nothing came out, so I told the staff, and all they said was, "You definitely put it in!" 💢 What kind of staff member is so suspicious? 💢 It's the store's fault for using such an old vending machine! 💢

The attitude of the staff is awful. I wonder how they can hire people like that. There are hardly any customers and I will never go there again.

I stopped by to take shelter from the rain, and although the price was cheap, the bath was dirty, the shower was cold, and the bathtub had murky water. The sauna smelled of urine...
