A truly delightful experience! From the moment we checked in, we were charmed by the staff's warm welcome: smiling, relaxed, yet incredibly professional. Here, nothing is left to chance, and every detail seems to have been carefully considered for the comfort of the guests. The hotel is immaculate, clean, and well-maintained, from the underground parking to the upper floors, with a particularly pleasant atmosphere. Our room was perfect for our family of three, and the bedding provided us with incredibly restful nights, like sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast is simply exceptional, with high-quality products and a wide selection. We also greatly appreciated the relaxation area, ideal for unwinding after a day of sightseeing or shopping. Finally, the location is perfect for enjoying the shops of Andorra. A flawless experience from beginning to end. We will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We received a very warm welcome, the staff were incredibly attentive, and the hotel is ideally located right in the center of Andorra.

We stayed as a family; there were five of us. A wonderful hotel, as were the staff. Everything was clean, the food delicious, and the stay very comfortable.

It's not truly pet-friendly. They don't accept pets over 10 kilos. You can't access some parts of the hotel, and they won't let you leave your pet in the room. So what should you do?

The hotel is new, with a pleasant and modern design. Everything was clean, and the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The bed linen was good quality, and we appreciated the attention to detail in the room. The location is also very convenient. The €60 per day charge for a dog is extremely expensive for what is actually provided. At hotels where the pet fee is two or even three times lower, guests are often provided with disposable bowls/plates, waste bags, and other little complimentary items for their pets. In our case, a shared dog bed and shared bowls were simply not acceptable, especially considering the price. And it’s worth giving advance notice of this cost. The There was also a strong smell of tobacco on the 4th floor, including in our room, as if people had previously smoked inside the building. At night, there can be quite a lot of noise from the café next door and from the air-conditioning units. Another issue is the shower: water constantly leaks onto the bathroom floor, which is quite inconvenient. Unfortunately, the breakfast staff were also not particularly friendly or welcoming. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential thanks to its design, cleanliness, location, and friendly reception staff, but there are several issues that should be addressed, especially considering the price level.

This hotel is ideally located in the heart of Andorra's old town, close to all shops! The hotel parking is affordable, especially with free charging for electric vehicles (€25/day).
