Hotel Màgic Andorra

We just spent 3 nights at the Magic Andorra Hotel. I'm a very particular and demanding person! Here are my notes! Location 10/10 Staff 10/10 Cleanliness 9/10 (the bathroom was spotless, but the floors weren't completely clean) Breakfast 9.5/10 (I'm deducting half a point because the Nutella wasn't real Nutella!) Dinner 9.5/10 (I'm deducting half a point because we didn't like it much the first night and had to eat fries and little else, but the rest of the nights it was excellent) We had a room with a terrace and the light show! It's true that you can hear the motorbikes a bit at night, but as a light sleeper, it didn't bother me at all. The bed was very comfortable, and there are two types of pillows to choose from. The sofa bed was also comfortable for a sofa bed. We will definitely return. We traveled with two children, ages 2 and 5.

We stayed for two days. The location is great, right in the center. The reception staff are friendly and competent, the man much less so... he gave three unreliable directions to find the public parking lot because theirs was full... In short, he wasn't attentive; when you advertise 4 stars, you're not living up to that standard. The rooms are a bit dated, but the mattress was okay, and the noise level was fine for me. For the bathroom grout, use Straiwax grout cleaner; it only takes 5 minutes... Then rinse... It doesn't look clean otherwise... The hairdryer didn't work. Mixed experiences overall; okay for short stays. In any case, it's a 3-star hotel, but definitely not a 4-star.

Hotel with impeccable service from reception to the waiters, etc. Unbeatable location in the city center with views of the Pont de Paris for the light show. Very complete breakfast buffet with continuous service. Parking is €25. Special attention is given to families with children. Thank you very much.

Very good stay

I'm only giving two stars for service, because when I arrived home from work in the afternoon, my room wasn't cleaned and the towels hadn't been changed.

My husband and I are always delighted when we come. Valeria, the receptionist, is very nice and attentive; I hope to see her next year when I come. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. See you next year, thanks for everything.

The staff, especially Valeria, were incredibly friendly and efficient. The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was excellent, offering everything you could need. Its location is very central. I highly recommend it. If I return to Andorra, I will definitely stay at this hotel.
