BinderS Budget City-Mountain Hotel

Very nice rooms, clean and tidy, easy acces from highway but very poor service. Young people without knowledge. They make a lot of mistakes and do not pay attention to what customers ask. Next time I will choose other hotel.

Lovely location- unfortunately the same cannot be said for the service. Rooms were also found lacking with no fridge or kettle. Would not stay again

The hotel is small and cozy. The rooms are excellent.

This is such a cheesy hotel. They want it to see rustic, but then have digital images of animals in clothes everywhere, sawdust in the halls to make it smell like a farm, and the worst bathroom door design possible (see photo with heart-shapes hole in the door). Overpriced for this nonsense.

I like to book this hotel because it's quiet, well-equipped, has friendly people – in a word, unsurpassed.

We stayed there for two days. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were cozy and beautiful! - The elevator was a bit small, but we had a great breakfast ;-)

I had such a great experience here, it was perfect for my trip as a solo traveller. The room was comfortable, clean, quiet and had everything I needed. I wish I was staying in Innsbruck longer so I could enjoy the comfort of this room more. Staff were lovely and very helpful, check-in and check out was a very easy process. Would highly reccomend!

A very nice and modern hotel! The only thing I don't understand is the experimentation with doors and the general bathroom design, which allows you to hear or see your roommate using the toilet.
