Everything is ok

I have booked a room for four nights here. Very clean, good breakfast and good location. Close to bus station and metro. There is a exchange office inside as well. They have an extra discount for birthday owner ( Thank you one more time) which was so sweet... As you know Visa payment etc can not be done buy they were so helpful for booking via internet. Recommended....

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. It lived up to the description 100%. The rooms are not new, but everything is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the service was excellent. The hotel's location was also great—near the Stolitsa shopping center and the Vasilki restaurant. I'll be back and recommending it to my friends!

I liked the hotel; it left a very positive impression. It's conveniently located, and the staff is polite and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent. We stayed for three days and two nights and were very happy with everything. Thank you.

My favorite hotel in Minsk. I've stayed here several times over the years, and it always exceeds expectations. The location is perfect. Great attention to detail, impeccable cleanliness. The bathroom is sparkling clean. The tiles are gorgeous. There's a 24-hour bar where you can sit and relax any time of day or night.

The rooms are old. The bed creaks, the mattress is sagging. The rug and blanket are stained.

Bad. Staying here feels like an excellent way to experience what it’s like to be a foreign tourist in the USSR. Completely not worth the price. Almost every time you pass with a backpack or suitcase, there’s a security check at the entrance. Outdated renovation, though I’d rate the overall condition of the room as average. The mattress creaks a lot. Few power outlets in the room. Cleaning quality is good. There’s a constant 24/7 humming sound from equipment installed outside the windows facing the courtyard. The cooling system worked poorly, and opening the window was impossible because of this noise. From time to time, you could also hear the rumble of subway cars passing underground. On top of that, the Wi-Fi connection kept dropping. The location is excellent.

Excellent location. The staff, although they don't speak much English, are very helpful and kind. The hotel facilities are great, only the water pressure was sometimes low and the WiFi strength was poor.

While traveling in Belarus, we stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and will help you with your luggage. The receptionists will answer all your questions, and the maids meticulously maintain the rooms, replenishing them daily with everything you need. The rooms are not new, but they are very cozy and clean. The bathroom has everything a traveler needs (towels, robes, hair dryer, soap, dental kit, gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, shaving kit, hygiene bags, and body lotion). The room includes air conditioning, a safe, a TV, a refrigerator, a kettle, tea glasses and water glasses, a shoehorn, and shoe polish. Bottled water is replenished daily, and tea, coffee, and sugar are always available in the room. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. Breakfast at the hotel is a buffet. A wide variety of dishes to choose from: porridge, omelets, cottage cheese pancakes, delicious cheeses, meats, pastries, fruits, vegetables, a variety of juices and desserts—the list goes on and on. I highly recommend this hotel. We had a wonderful stay. We thank the management and staff for the comfort, care, and wonderful experience. ❤️
