We liked everything. Everything is not new, but that doesn't spoil it. Cleaning is every day, the staff is great. We didn't regret staying there.
We stayed three nights in a superior standard room. I have no complaints about the room or the hotel overall. The room is small, but has everything you need: a kettle, tea/coffee/sugar/water. The toiletries include soap, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, a shaving kit, a dental kit, a set with cotton pads, swabs, and a file, and a shower cap. I don't remember any hair conditioner. I wasn't impressed with the quality of the cosmetics. There is a hairdryer. Irons and ironing boards are available in the common area in the hallway. The mattress, pillows, and linens are good. The reception staff are friendly. They extended our stay by two hours for free. BUT! The restaurant is a huge drawback of this hotel. The food is simply disgusting. The potato pancakes smelled like fried fish. Everything we ordered was inedible. The only decent meal is at breakfast, where they have a decent buffet. Not being able to eat properly in the hotel restaurant is a significant disadvantage for us!
