I don't know about the full price, but with a good discount for turning off the hot water, it seemed like a pretty good hotel. I stayed in a single room. It was quite clean, quiet, and had the basic necessities. A big plus was the nearby 24-hour hypermarket. Transportation is good and the city center is not very far, but unfortunately, not by metro, but by car or overground. It's a 40-minute walk from the metro.

I booked a room, but had to cancel my trip due to emergency surgery. They refused to refund my money, even with the documents I provided. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The service was terrible. I'll definitely never return to this hotel again.

I stayed at a hotel in Minsk and was very pleased. The rooms were clean and cozy, the breakfasts were delicious and varied, and the reception staff were very polite and friendly. I felt welcomed from the moment I checked in. Thank you to all the staff for the excellent service and pleasant atmosphere! And a special thank you to the Belarusians for their kindness, responsiveness, and hospitality. You are wonderful people! ❤️ I would happily return again and recommend this hotel to others.

I didn't like the hotel. I didn't like the breakfast buffet. The sink was small, awkward, and clogged. In the shower, you have to wait for the cold water to run before you can get warm water.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights. I booked two myself and included one night in a sightseeing tour of Belarus. And for three nights in a row, I couldn't sleep because the hotel was half full of unruly teenagers. From 11 PM until 3 AM, every night the same thing happened – unbearable noise, preventing me from sleeping. Crowds of unruly teenagers were extremely noisy – they walked in large groups across the floors, yelled, talked loudly, laughed, slammed doors constantly, and knocked loudly on doors constantly. On my last night, at 1:30 AM, they started knocking on my door too. I didn't react at first, but they kept knocking. I had to get up and open the door. The teenagers didn't respond to my comments; in fact, they were rude and insolent. I went down to reception to alert security. The girl at the reception said the security guard had already gone to investigate. I returned to my floor, but the security guard wasn't there, and the crowds of teenagers were still making noise. I went back down to the reception. I met the security guard there and started complaining to him, asking him to do something. He told me he was tired, he couldn't do anything, and they weren't listening to him. Furthermore, he told me that they were, by the way, your fellow countrymen (so you should deal with them yourselves). So, to me, someone who had paid money to rest and sleep at a hotel, he basically told me he couldn't do anything, and even brought up the national issue! I was in despair because I had to get up early for a tour, and the chaos on my floor continued. I said, "What should I do?" Call the police? The security guard told me to call them. And I would have called the police if I'd had the foresight to take a video of everything that was happening and how the teenagers were being rude to my comments. But I was half-asleep and didn't think to do that. As a result, I didn't call the police, and woke up early the next morning for a busy excursion, exhausted and sleep-deprived. Well, I won't mention that the rooms are completely run-of-the-mill and lack the bare essentials, as I don't expect more from a 2-star hotel. But the inability to sleep in the hotel is unforgivable even for a 2-star hotel, as that's the hotel's primary function.

The rooms are excellent: beautiful, clean, and have nice furniture. For a 2-star hotel, they're simply gorgeous. The service at reception is average. The hotel also has a cafe, which serves delicious food and treats guests well. It's a bit far from the city center, but there's a metro station, so it's not a big deal. Overall, the experience was positive; if we're in Minsk again, we'll definitely stay here.
