They don’t tell any things nd after you check out they will tell it’s not include even the water cost it’s more then 10 time from out side for nothing then charge 136 byn every in hotel you book inside in room it’s include like water or cold drink they charge 10 time more

I stayed there on the weekend of June 13-15, 2025. Location: the only plus is the metro nearby. Otherwise, there's a gas station on one side, a busy road on the other, and a railroad on the third. It'll drive you crazy in the summer. The rooms are old and don't match the photos. The food is so-so, so-so, as they say. The hotel is suitable for partygoers who'll sleep there drunk. I also thought such a hodgepodge was unacceptable, and if needed, there's a laundry and drying service, but no...

Disappointing Experience with Serious Concerns I stayed at Willing hotel with modest expectations, but unfortunately, several key issues made the stay uncomfortable. On the positive side, the front desk and staff were polite and helpful. The room itself was functional, though quite basic. However, there were significant drawbacks: • The on-site restaurant was not operational, and there was no room service available. The only food option was ordering a reheated frozen meal from the bar — hardly what you’d expect from a hotel of this level. • There was no safe in the room. Instead, I was told to use a shared downstairs room where a security guard would assist me each time I needed access. This was impractical and insecure, so I ended up carrying my valuables, documents, and devices with me at all times. • The towels were extremely worn out — clearly having survived hundreds of washes and long overdue for replacement. • Most concerning: I detected a camera in the room using a dedicated device. This raises serious privacy concerns and left me feeling deeply uncomfortable throughout my stay. I hope management takes these issues seriously, especially those related to guest safety and privacy.

A good budget hotel

I stayed for three nights for work only because I was holding a work event in the hotel's conference hall. The hotel is definitely not up to par for business, especially the breakfasts. No cottage cheese or yogurt, they don't fry eggs, and the bread is white, sweet (which lasts for months) and black. One morning I arrived at 8:00 a.m., and the black bread was gone, and they said there wouldn't be any. So, if the food runs out, they don't bring more. There's no separate shampoo and shower gel in the shower. It's a 2-in-1 combination. No conditioner or lotion. A robe is extra. The gym is extra. Irons are only available on one floor. I don't recommend it. I don't know how people stay here for the money they pay.

The rooms don't look like the photos on the website; overall, everything is pretty run-down. The furniture is cheap, the bathtub is extremely slippery (and who even thought of installing a bathtub instead of a shower stall in a modern hotel?). There's no proper soap or shampoo in the room, and it doesn't feel particularly clean. The location is so-so, with only the nearby cafes as a saving grace. Definitely not worth the money.

A wonderful hotel. I recommend it to everyone. The standard matches the stated three-star rating. Clean rooms, European-style breakfast, comfortable mattresses, daily cleaning and towel changes, and friendly staff.
