I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The location is excellent! Everything is close by, and it's easy to get to the main attractions, shops, and cafes. The rooms are clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff is polite and always ready to help. I had only pleasant experiences; I would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to others. 👍
Three stars on the sign, zero stars in reality I stayed for three nights. I'm sharing my impressions as someone who has traveled to dozens of hotels around the world. Pricing policy is an art form unto itself. I'll start with what struck me at the reception desk. The hotel has, to put it mildly, an unconventional payment plan: the first night is 450 Belarusian rubles, each subsequent night is 850 rubles. No clear explanation, no logic. Simply "these are the rules." Meanwhile, converted to hard currency, we're talking about ~280 US dollars per night. For that kind of money, in any European city, you'd be greeted with a smile, a glass of wine, and a room that truly matches the advertised category. Here, however, we're dealing with pure cognitive dissonance. Staff – professionalism as an unattainable ideal The staff's competence raises serious questions. Even the simplest request turns into a quest. The staff doesn't know any service standards or even basic hospitality norms. It feels like they were plucked off the street and put behind the counter without any training. For a hotel claiming a 3-star rating and premium price tag, this is unacceptable. Room cleaning is a theoretical concept. During our entire stay, the room was never cleaned. Not even once. Bed linens, towels, even a basic trash removal—all of this is just a pipe dream. In hotels of this class, daily cleaning isn't a bonus, it's a basic standard. Apparently, they haven't heard of it here. Water supply—a Soviet-style "solution." A separate "gem" is drinking water. There's none in the room. None at all. But there is a water cooler on the floor. One for the entire corridor. For a hotel priced at $280 per night, this isn't just a cost-cutting measure; it's a blatant disrespect for the guest. In any decent 3-star establishment, water in the room is a bare minimum, not a perk. Bottom Line Willing Hotel is a prime example of the discrepancy between price and quality. Pricing is opaque and illogical, the staff is incompetent, cleaning is nonexistent, and the basic amenities are hostel-like. For this price, you can find truly decent accommodation in Minsk. This hotel's three stars are an undeserved gift. I do not recommend it.
Reasonable modern hotel. However, there is a security camera on the exterior wall monitoring the ventilation shaft (which I understand why it might be necessary), and it is directed towards windows of some rooms on the 5th floor. I know it is not meant to see into the rooms and it probably cannot see inside of guest rooms, but it does not give a good feeling of privacy.
I liked it there, everything is perfect, I recommend it to everyone
This is a very nice, well-maintained, and modern hotel. The staff speaks excellent English and is very friendly and helpful. Visa and MasterCard payments are accepted. The room comes with towels, toiletries, and disposable flip-flops, which are a definite plus. The location is excellent.
The staff, unfortunately, is completely incompetent. If you have a problem, they won't help you and will treat you rudely. The hotel itself is quite beautiful, and if you don't have any problems, you'll probably have a good time here. It's a shame the staff ruins the whole experience.
