Hôtel Bélarus

I'd like to leave a review of the Belarus Hotel and its staff. The purpose of the trip was my husband's 55th birthday. Pros: check-in was quick, before 2:00 PM (thank you). At reception, I asked where I could get wine glasses, but they sent me to the lobby bar. A surly guy at the bar sent me to reception. Excellent attitude - no one knows anything and doesn't want to know. Zero customer focus!!! I was upset, but I didn't give up. By chance, I met Olga, a maid from Kostroma, on my 17th floor and also asked her where and from whom I could get glasses. She said she'd find out. That evening, when we returned for a walk, the glasses were in our room!!!!! This nice woman also found out that my husband was entitled to a certificate for a tour of the 22nd floor as a birthday gift!!!! We weren't told about this at reception. She told us where to go in Minsk and what to see!!!! This is who should be assigned to greet guests!!!! This is customer focus!!!!!! And you don't need young, attractive girls at the reception who are completely uninterested in getting you to come back!!!!! And also - these same girls, when we came twice to pick up a 'gift' in the form of a certificate, never once wished us a happy birthday! Is it really so difficult to just say 'Happy Birthday!' ?????? I ask the management to pay attention to my review and thank, reward the maid Olga (17th floor), and preferably promote her!!!!!!! Thank her so much for her concern!!! She returned 5 stars to my review. P.S. By the way!!!! The observation deck, if you sell tickets, needs to be cleaned at least sometimes!!!! Absolutely trash and a ton of snow and ice!!! You could twist your leg or break her!!

It's my third time staying at this hotel, and I'm delighted. It's a convenient location, beautiful, and tidy.

It's not a hotel, it's a tourist trap. The rooms are bare except for glasses. When we asked for cups, it turned out they weren't allowed. The water coolers don't even have plastic cups. The lines for breakfast are insane—the tour buses leave practically at the same time. There are no elevators when you're leaving with your suitcases, again because everyone's leaving at the same time. I think the tour companies should consider changing their locations.

I vacationed on a 3-day tour package from December 31, 2025, to January 2, 2026. I was happy with everything; everything was perfect: the room, the service, the food, the corporate event, the tours, the guides. A+ for everything. But... I was very disappointed when, on New Year's Eve, I only heard the Belarusian President's New Year's greetings!? At that time, 99% of the Russians in the banquet hall were there. It's a shame they didn't hear Vladimir Putin. Next time, I'll think twice about going to Belarus for New Year's! I'll give this one a 3, out of a total of 4.

We stayed at the hotel December 19-21, 2025, with a large group of children. The rooms were clean, towels were changed the next day, everything we needed was there, and there was a water cooler on the floor. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a huge selection. We also ordered lunch and dinner. Everything was delicious. Not only the adults, but the children too were satisfied. I'd also like to mention the very friendly staff.

This is a very relaxing and excellent place to stay in Minsk, after walking all day I was resting in the indoor pool, so nice during the winter!

Good hotel and spacious café/restaurant with a viewpoint. Reasonable prices.

Excellent hotel. Very large. Cozy and clean rooms. Polite staff. Nice atmosphere. The hotel has an excellent restaurant, Panorama, on the 21st floor. Parking is available.
