I stayed in the new building. The room was large and clean, but there were some issues: trash collection starts at 4:30 AM, and it's loud and takes a long time. The windows outside were extremely dirty; they hadn't been washed in a year, and they were foggy. It was just awful. It doesn't count as a 5-star hotel. I asked for my room to be cleaned at 5 PM, but no one had checked in before then. The location was great.

I used to stay in this hotel that belongs to Crowne Plaza chain during my business trip to Minsk. All in all, I had a mediocre experience here. It's better to search for another 4/5 stars accomodation in the city centre considering the price/quality ratio as well as the level of customer service.

I really liked the hotel! Excellent location, clean and cozy room with two beds and two sinks – very convenient. A nice bonus – Alyonka waffles and an umbrella for rainy days. Everything was thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and pleasant. A small drawback – one soap dish for two sinks, but it's a minor issue. But there was an unpleasant experience at the spa: the receptionist was rude and started kicking guests out before 10:00 PM, even though the spa is open until then. We arrived at 9:30 PM with the goal of warming up in the sauna for 10 minutes. Otherwise, the hotel is simply wonderful; we'd be happy to come back!

Overall, everything was fine. They forgot to put water in the room. Not a big deal. BUT, the reception staff were completely distant and unwelcoming. They greeted us with stony faces when we checked in. And when we checked out, they didn't even say goodbye. Not one of the three present. Unpleasant.

It's worth a two because of the location, I can't say anything good about the rest.

This hotel is not 5*, I would not give it 2*. It belongs to a Turk, and this quality is felt in the hotel - Turkish. The bathroom is moldy, toiletries: body shower and shampoo were not provided. The TV is of terrible quality. We asked for a second blanket and we were refused. The check-in service was unfriendly.
